Tikki: *Flies out of Adrien's pocket* Marinette!
Marinette: Tikki! *Holds her close* I should've brought you!

Adrien: And so was I! I promised myself I wouldn't stop looking for you.
Marinette: *Smiles and hugs Adrien*
Adrien: *Hugs back* I'm just so glad you're okay!
Marinette: *Starts to tear up, pulls away* Adrien...
Adrien: What's wrong?
Marinette: *Lies* Nothing... it's just... *Gasp* The play! What time is it?!
Adrien: *Looks at the time on his phone* It's only 4:00.
Plagg: *Flies out of his pocket* Oh! It's camembert time! Marinette, do you have any?

Marinette: Adrien, we have to get ready for the play!
Adrien: Marinette, I need you to eat first! You haven't eaten all day!

*Later at school, Ms Bustier starts welcoming the crowd in*
Adrien: *In his costume, waiting in the locker room*
Alya: Has she arrived yet?
Adrien: No.
Alya: It's been 2 hours! How long does it take for this girl to eat?!
Adrien: Is Lila still here?!
Alya: Yes. Mr Damocles is with her so Lila can't have took Marinette again.
Adrien: I need to go see her. *About to walk out*
Alya: *Steps in front of him* And you missing the show too?! No, you're on in 5 minutes. I'll send Nino round. NINO!
Nino: *Runs in* Yes, Alya?!
Alya: Go to Marinette's and bring her here!
Nino: Yes, boss. *Runs out*
Ms Bustier: *Standing on stage, clapping her hands*
Alya: *Checks her watch* 4 minutes... *Leaves*
Plagg: *Appears*
Adrien: I can't do the show without Marinette.
Plagg: Well, at this rate you're going to have to.
Adrien: *Groans*

*In the Dupain-Cheng's living room*
Nino: *Runs in* Marinette?
Marinette: *Sitting on the coach, staring at the TV which is turned off* Hey, Nino.
Nino: Marinette? Are you okay? *Sits next to her*
Marinette: No...
Nino: What's wrong? The show is starting and...
Marinette: I'm not doing the show anymore...
Nino: Why not?!
Marinette: I... I'm too scared, ok! For many reasons actually...
Nino: Well... what's your reasons?
Marinette: What if I mess up my lines or... what if... what if I'm just not good enough...
Nino: What do you mean by that?
Marinette: What if people see I'm faking my love for Adrien?
Nino: Your love isn't fake. Why would you fake your love for Adrien?
Marinette: *Looks at him* Because it's acting.

*Back at the play*
Ms Bustier: And now... Love Is...
*Everyone claps*
Adrien: *Gets onto the stage, grabs the microphone off Ms Bustier* Hey, uh...
Ms Bustier: *Confused, looks around* Where's Marinette?
Adrien: *Whispers* She's running late... but don't worry I have a plan.
Ms Bustier: *Sighs* Ok... *Gets off the stage*
Adrien: Hey, so... I'm Adrien... I'm supposed to be playing Charlie but... the lead female for this play, who I care about so much, hasn't turned up yet and... I felt like... we don't need to act... we have a story already... and I'm going to show you. *Whistles*
Kim & Ivan: *Carry a piano onto the stage*
*Everyone starts to whisper to each other*
Adrien: I just wanna play you a song that me and Marinette share... we started to realise our feelings for each other with this song so... I hope you enjoy. *Sits at the piano and starts to play*
Marinette & Nino: *Run in*
Marinette: *Recognises the song, whispers* Is that...
Adrien: *Sings* I got my drivers license last week, just like we always talked about. 'Cause you were so excited for me to finally drive up to your house but today I drove through the suburbs, crying 'cause you weren't around... *He continues to sing*
Marinette: *Walks up to Alya, whispers* Alya!
Alya: *Whispers* Gurl! There you are!
Marinette: What's Adrien doing?!
Alya: *Smirks* I think he's performing his own love story and you're the starring role...
Marinette: *Tears up* Really?! *Watches him*
Adrien: And I know we weren't perfect but I've never felt this way for no one! And I just can't imagine how you could be so okay that I'm gone! I guess you didn't mean what you wrote in that song about me! 'Cause you said forever now I drive alone past your street...
Marinette: *Runs onto the stage*
Adrien: *Eyes widen* Marinette?! You're here!
Marinette: *Takes his microphone off his piano stand*
Adrien: *Stands up and walks towards her*
Marinette: *Sings acapella into the microphone* And I know we're so perfect 'cause I've always felt this way for you...
Adrien: *Smiles*
Marinette: And I just can't imagine how we could not love each other the same way...
Adrien: *Takes the mircophone* I guess you really care about all of those feelings I gave you...
Adrien & Marinette: Because we said forever and we're going to keep it that way...
Everyone: Awww....
Adrien: So... now what?
Marinette: *Smiles and leans in*
Adrien: *Kisses her*
*Everyone claps*

*Many hours later, on patrol*
Chat Noir: *Waiting*
Ladybug: *Lands*
Chat Noir: Hey, Bugaboo...
Ladybug: Hey, kitty cat.
Chat Noir: So... we're officially a couple?
Ladybug: I don't know, what do you think?
Chat Noir: I guess I'll take that as a yes?
Ladybug: *Laughs* How did you know?
Chat Noir: Feline instincts.
Ladybug: Ok, whatever. *Laughs*
Chat Noir: So... you wanna dance? I heard the moon is very shiny tonight.
Ladybug: *Smirks* I guess.
Chat Noir: *Smirks and takes her hand*
*They dance whilst holding each other close*

As the camera zooms out on them dancing, Adrien narrates:

"Love is... putting someone else's needs before yours. Wait, what I'm doing? I've already told you this at the start... well, only this time, I find out who the love of my life is. I guess dreams do come true and everyone does meet that special someone. Who knew a play would bring us together? Well, I hope you enjoyed this story as much as I did telling you.
