" Like I said, I ain't joining your little alliance. I'm gunning for that staff." Shade made up his mind. We were all in Kai's room, discussing things. "Hey, this isn't about an alliance. This is about finding out who is the spy. No one leaves this room until we find out who is passing information to Chen." Lloyd said as Garmadon covered the door so no one could leave. Lloyd glared at Shade.

" Why are you looking at me, Greenie? I'm not your spy." " Shade, reform from calling him Greenie, that's my insult nickname." I lean on him but Shade shook me off. " And I'm recalling us trying to be friends. I don't want that either." " Hmpf, works our for me." I walk over to Lloyd. " Perhaps I can help." Neuro suggested and uses his element. "I don't know who, but someone here isn't who they say they are."

" How do we know we can trust you? Maybe I should use your power and see inside your head." Skylor was suspicious of Neuro. "I'd like to see you try, power hoarder." Power hoarder, kind of reminds me of Chen with his staff. "This is what Chen wants, for us to fight. But we don't have to. There has to be a more civilized way around this." Kai stepped in between them.

" There is. Everyone who's ever worked for Chen has the Anacondrai tattoo on their back. Find the tattoo, find the spy." Garmadon informed. I was about to ask how he knew that but remember he showed us his when we first got here. " Anyone object?" Lloyd asked and Neuro showed him his back. No tattoo. " Can I go now?" " Not until everyone is checked. Sorry Neuro." I smile at him as Griffin steps up to show us his back and we all lined up. Even I had too which was stupid.

Of course, I didn't have the tattoo. What did you think, I was a traitor? I would probably die. " Well, only two left." Lloyd mentioned. " Uh, I hate to do this, but it's your turn. Can I see your back, please?" Kai asked Skylor. " How could you not trust me? I came to you with the fortune cookie-" "I'm sorry, but we have to know." Kai cut her off at the end. " That's a bit suspicious of you, Skylor, to not just, do it." " And you sound like Clouse sometimes." She sassed, looking at me. Ok, now I'm offended.

I was about to fight a bitch but Lloyd noticed that Shadow was gone. " He disappeared through his own shadow!" Jay pointed out and Griffin spotted him. " I ain't your spy, and I ain't your friend either." Ok, that was targeted at me huh. "That staff will be mine." Shade told us and Lloyd fired a small ball of energy at him. But it hit a portrait of Kai which fell on Jay.

Garmadon tried to stop Shade. "You cast a long shadow, old man." Shade insulted as he escaped. "It was Shadow. He must be the spy." Neuro spoke up. Kai tried to apologize to Skylor. "Don't. And if you still think I'm the spy, watch me walk out that door." Skylor walked out the door but not before showing her pure back. Not a tattoo in sight. " God, what happened to our alliance?" I sigh, sitting on the ground. " What alliance?" Lloyd asked, sitting next to me. I looked over at Jay who's leg was hurt by the portrait. Poor Jay.

Everyone left the room and we were stuck discussing what to do next. I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned my head quickly to see Garmadon next to me. He motioned to the side and I got up to follow him. " Yeah Garmadon? What's up?" " Somethings off about you (Y/n). Has something happened?" " Are you saying this because Skylor compared me to Clouse?" I asked but he shook his head.

" No. You've been more mean and quick. You react too quickly and can spot something bad about someone in an instant. You have changed."I sigh and comb my hand through my hair. " I have huh. I don't know why. My thoughts have gotten darker and I've thought about things I'd never tell. It's all bad stuff. " Garmadon hummed. " Could it be because of Clouse? You did say our elements were linked."

" A connection. Not linked. His dark magic allows him to sense our element due to both of them dealing in darkness. He might even connect to Shade but I'm not fully sure on that." Garmadon started." I don't believe he is the reason for your change, but that doesn't mean I'm not wrong." I looked to the side. " If it is, or just something else, you have to force yourself to not change. Stay you." " But what if I'm not changing, just revealing who I truly am?"

" Then you would feel in line with yourself, but you have shown that you aren't. You are a childish and loving Ninja that swears too much. Stay that please, I'd like my daughter-in-law to be preferably on the good side." I froze up and blushed a bit when Garmadon said daughter-in-law. That meant marrying Lloyd which I totally want to do one day but like you didn't have to say it you know. " I'll try Garamdon."
