Ronin arrived in Stiix and found Morro's hideout. " Good evening." Morro greeted, sitting on a throne. " ANd good night." Ghoultar added. " Heh, I like what you've done with the place. Pretty gusty making your hideout right here in Stiix. With this much water, they'd never come looking for you here." Ronin commented.
"I've never been afraid of anything," Morro added as Ghoultar took and examined the sword. " The sword is no fake." He told Morro. " Huh. For once, the crook makes good." Morro took the sword and stabbed it into the map. "Ha! The Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master." Morro smirked seeing the map projected into the blade.
"You can have your soul, but the deal has changed. I want the ninja too. Especially (Y/n), the purple one." Morro told Ronin. "Whoa, now hold on. A deal's a deal but what do you care about the ninja? I thought you said you weren't afraid of them. And why especially (Y/n)? I mean she isn't that special. A little asshole if you ask me."
" I'm not. But our Preeminent requires certain...safeguards." Morro said as the ghosts laugh. " And for (Y/n), well, not only is she pretty and strong without any powers. She is also the Green Ninja's shadow. And since I'm the true Green Ninja. That makes her my shadow." Morro smirked.
"Forget it. I'll keep my cursed soul. The sword's one thing but my friends are another." Ronin said. "Since when do you have friends?" Bansha mocked as everyone laughed at him. Ronin tried to leave but Ghoular stopped him. " Where do you think you're going? We still have a need for you." Morro's smirk widened as Ronin was dragged over. "The Realm Crystal will be mine." Morro looked back at the blade.
"Well, obviously he's taken the sword to Morro." "But where's Morro? He could be anywhere." Jay and Zane said as we grouped back up. I was shaking with anger. "Look, Nya, I know you're not a ninja yet, but if you're gonna be one of us-" Cole as cut off by Nya. " I'm sorry. I should've told you when I first suspected Ronin would steal it."
"Enough! We all knew the path to save Lloyd was never going to be a straight line. We were all fooled by Ronin, but that doesn't make us fools. At a time like this, we mustn't butt heads, but put our heads together." Wu scolded us. " I'm sorry. You said butt heads" Jay snickered and I punched him harshly in the arm. " Ow!" " Sorry. I needed to do that and you're squishy."
The Falcone squawked and started to project a message from Ronin. "I can't talk loud, but I wanted to let you know, Nya, you were right. Morro didn't hold his end of the bargain. And Misako was right too. The scroll and sword did reveal the tomb. I know where it's located. I know you don't have the sword, but I know you can beat them to the tomb." Ronin gasped. " They're coming."
" Where is it!? Where's the tomb bitch!?" I shout at the hologram. " The Craves of Despair! The tomb is in the Caves of Despair!" Ronin glitched out before the message cut off. "Caves of Despair? We've been there. I don't remember seeing any tomb." Wu stated. " But there are still miles of unexplored mines. It could be there." Misako mentioned.
" But why should we believe him? It could be a trap." Nya suggested the idea of it. " But we don't have anything. Not the scroll nor the sword. Lloyds life is at risk here. What other choice do we have? I'm not risking losing my baby to some bitchy ghost because we didn't listen to Ronin. As awful as he is, it's all we can do." I put a hand onto Nya's shoulder.
" So what is it guys?" I look at everyone and Cole said we're in. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. What good will it do us if it's all just a setup?" Nya asked. "The ninja are right. Even a misstep could be a step in the right direction. We cannot afford to do nothing. The ninja will go. As for Nya, you're still not ready." Wu said and Nya groaned.
