It's fast forward into a year after Chris and Ashley met and got engaged.
They are now planing their wedding and Ash finds out something big but when something happens to that big thing, will she let Chris heal her? or will both of them break under...
Ashley walks into the living room and sees Chris is fast asleep with his dog by his side. She smiles and grabs a blanket and throws it over him and kisses his head and then walks into the kitchen.

She grabs a cup of water and then gets a call from her best friend who is on her honeymoon with Theo. "Hey Mrs. James!"
Kate says over the phone. "Oh god, Ashely, it won't be long until your Mrs.Evans..and I bet you're happy about that."
Ash smiles and says as she leans on the counter. 'I am, why are you calling? Shouldn't you be on your honeymoon?"
Kate says. "Okay, Okay! Yes, I am with Theo right now." She holds the phone out and Theo says. "Heyyyy!!"
Kate says as she has her phone to her ear again. "See..happy now?"
Ash says with a grin. "Okay, I get it, why are you calling?"
Kate says as they walk on the beach. "I miss my BFF! and I want to see how Chris is doing, is he there?"
Ash says as she looks at Chris asleep.

"Yeah, He and his dog are asleep right now."
She snaps the pic and sends it to Kate and says as she looks at him sleeping. "He is so dang cute sleeping!"
Kate says. "Awee his dog is cute!!"
Ash smiles and says. "Anyway, I should get going, he has a doc appointment in about an hour."
Kate says as she pouts. "Okay, have fun miss you!"
Ash says. "Miss u too!" She hangs up and then walks back into the living room and sits by Chris and says as she gently touches his hand. "Babe?"
He moves and says. "No! Ashley don't leave!" He grabs her hand tightly and she says. "Chris!?"
He lets go of her hand and says as he rubs her hand. "I'm sorry, I had a nightmare, someone was taking you away and I was trying to get you back."
He looks at Her eyes and she says as she looks worried. "it's okay, I'm right here."
He hugs her and says. "I don't want to lose you, never love! God."
He buries his head on her shoulder and she shuts her eyes thinking of how close she was going to lose him a year ago.
She rubs his back and says. "We have the appointment in about an hour."
He pulls away and she looks into his eyes and she says as she holds his hands. "I will never love anyone but you, and I don't care how far we are sometimes, I will always be with you."
He nods and says. "I am sorry if I hurt your hand." He looks at it and she says. "It's okay love."
He looks at her and kisses her lips. She pulls away and he places his hand on her cheek and says. "I love you, Ashley Conner."
She smiles and says as she looks into his eyes. "And I Love you, Christopher Evans."
They get ready for the appointment and Chris grabs the car keys and Ash is in this outfit.

She puts her hair into a ponytail and smiles when she sees Chris looking at her. She says as she walks past him. "What?" He shakes his head and says. "Nothing."
They get into the car and Chris takes her hand and says. "So, our wedding is in two weeks, you excited?"
She nods and says as she looks at her man. "I sure am, what about you? Just think of it, You'll be my hubby! I will be Mrs, Evans!! I can't wait!"
He grins and says as he keeps driving. "I am happy for both of us babe, I mean it's been a whole year since we met and then got engaged and now getting married, so yeah I think I am happy too"
He smiles and she hugs his arm and says. "I am glad."
At the doctor.
Chris sits down and a nurse says as she walks in.
"Okay Mr, Evans, I need you to lift your shirt up." He pulls it up and the nurse looks at the scar of where the bullet hit him a year ago and Ash looks away and bites her lip when she sees it.
The nurse writes something and says as she looks at him. "Okay, you can put it down." He lets his shirt go and it falls back down.
Ashley looks at him and she sends him a smile and he grins at her. The nurse says. "Okay, Doctor Conner will be in soon." Ash nods and says. "Okay, thanks."
She walks out and Ash stands by Chris and holds his hand and he says as he looks at her. 'You looked away from me when I lifted up my shirt, you okay?"
She nods and says. "Um, yeah I think so, I just, when I see that scar my mind flashes back to the night I...I almost lost you."
She gets tears and Chris hugs her to him and says as he brushes her hair a bit. "It's okay, I'm still here."
The doctor walks in and Ash sees her brother and he says as he looks at his chart. "Hello you two, I see you're doing much better Chris."
Ash looks at Jake and says. "Hey Brother." he looks at her and says with a warm smile. "Hey, sis."
He hugs her and says. "So, How are the wedding plans?"
Ash says as she looks at Chris. "I think they are good, right?"
He nods and Jake says. "That's great to hear."
They talk more about the upcoming wedding and Chris and Ash say Their goodbyes and leave the office.
