she cut through the cars in sharp turns, making cars stop just in case of a upcoming accident.
more tears started to stream down her face as she slammed on the gas even more, though she couldn't go any faster.
she cut through the cars too fast, not even attempting to slow down and then she lost control.
the car started to spin off the road and then she hit a tree.
her forehead hit the steering wheel then bounced back to hit the back of her head in the seat. her stomach hit something, don't know what but it hurt.
there was glass everywhere and she couldn't hear anything. feel anything.... and then she couldn't see anything.
"mills... honey wake up. i have a surprise for you." kelly shakes millie awake
she flutters her eyes open, "hey mum. how long have you been here?"
"not long, want to see your surprise?" kelly asks with a soft smile
millie hums, "what is it? it's not finn dressed into a dinosaur costume is it? he has always suggested that."
kelly chuckles, "it's not. here, sit up." she helps her sit up carefully
"what's the surprise, mum?" millie asks, furrowing her eyebrows lightly
"come in guys!" kelly shouts
the door opens and then catching millie off guard, ava comes running towards her.
"oh my god, ava! charlie, paige!?" millie exclaims, "what are you guys doing here!?"
"our little sister is in the hospital, of course we had to visit." charlie smiles as ava gets onto the bed
"i missed you guys so much!" millie smiles widely, "aww ava, you've gotten so much bigger!"
"yeah!" ava gives her a high five as she laughs
"how long are you guys staying? probably not long right?" millie asks
"well technically we can stay as long as we want but me and charlie still need to work." paige says
"that's means you can't stay as long as you want!" millie laughs
"well we could if we wanted to. it just wouldn't be good." paige continues
"millie... let's go eat ice cream! the brownie ones and peanut butter!" ava exclaims, tugging on millie's arm
"aves, i can't-"
"yes you can. go." kelly cuts her off as her eyes widen
"mum, you know i can't. diet, remember?" millie furrows her eyebrows
"diet is off for now. go eat ice cream, but eat some real food first since it's lunch time." kelly tells her
millie gives ava a clap along with a smile as ava does the same. "but can i leave the hospital?" millie asks
"i'll figure something out.. probably." kelly mutters, "charlie, go with them just in case."
"oh come on, we can go by ourselves! right ava?" millie asks as ava nods
"millie, you do know you are actually serious injured right? i don't need you fainting on the streets with ava crying besides you." kelly crosses her arms as she whines
"i will not-" she gets cut off with a knock on the door, "it's not the right time whoever you are."
"it's me!" finn shouts, opening the door
