Pre-read: You may use the chapters 27 and 28 entitled Tara's engagement and Markat vs Vani as a base. Post that, Tara are wed and happy. Markaat was killed together by Vani. This chapter will take the story forward from there and will include a love confession and a date.

 Veer woke up the next morning, refreshed from the stressful night. They had fought Markat as she attacked their house and successfully killed her together. He looked to his side and noticed Bani was still asleep. She must have been really tired. He kissed her forehead and went into the bathroom.

Veer was drying his wet hair when he heard a loud scream and rushed out of the washroom. Bani was sitting on the bed, gasping and quivering. He hugged her for comfort and patted her head. She calmed down listening to his even heartbeats.

V: Sweetheart? You okay?

B: Yes...vo just a bad dream..Markat..

V: is dead and gone from our lives forever, okay?

Bani nodded and noticed that in a hurry to get to her, Veer had not even bothered to put on clothes and was just in his towel. She blushed at the sight of his bare chest. Veer noticed this too and smirked at her.

V: Mujhe check out kr rahi ho? Kr lo, mai tumhara hi hoon..

He winked and left to get ready. Later, Bani got ready at well. She got down and put on her thinking caps. Their foes were gone and Bholenath had accepted their relationship still she had not confessed her true feelings to Veer due to looming threats but now that they were gone, she decided Veer did deserve rewards for his patience with her.

Veer entered his room. He had an exhausting day at work doing nothing. He got bored while waiting for meetings that did not happen and being idle exhausted his mind. To add to this, the whole waiting game kept him away from his sweetheart the whole day and he hated it. He rushed home as soon as he realized that it was useless to stay. He was now searching for his reason for existence but couldn't find her anywhere. He looked around when his gaze fell on a beautifully wrapped box. It was wrapped in black with a black ribbon. His favorite color. He opened it up to see a black suit with a tag- "Wear me". He chuckled and got dressed.

Veer opened his room's door and a lot of roses fell on him. He looked up to see a box hanging from the ceiling with a string hanging from its lid that was tied to the door. That must have caused the flowers to fall. There was also a note hanging from the box. Veer's eyes twinkled in excitement and he plucked the note which read. "Follow me"

Veer looked around and saw arrows. He kept following them and it led him outside. A driver was waiting for him. Veer got inside the car. The driver began to drive.

D: Jaana kahan hai sir?

V: What? Ma'am se nahi bataya?

Driver nodes a no. Veer begins to grunt.
