The epic crossover!

It was requested to have a Vani crossover with Anika and Rishi so I am writing one with VanixShivikaXTanshi. I have already written Vani getting confused multiple times so trying a different take this time.

Pre-read: Shivaay and Rishi were school friends but lost touch. Recently, the connected over a social media website after years and realized they are both headed to a same resort for a business conference. They both decide to prolong their stay and take their wives with them so as to enjoy a small vacation. The conference goes smoothly and now they are staying there for 3 more days. Vani have come to the same resort for a weekend getaway.

Tanshi's room
T: Rishi! Utho!...kb tk aise sote rahoge...uff...
R: Sone do na Tanu...kyu aise mummy ban jaati hoon...please!
T: Ugh!...toh sadte raho, mai jaa rahi hoon breakfast krne...
Tanu waited for Rishi to respond but left as he was in deep sleep.
Shivika's room
S: Anika, you know I absolutely hate when people are late. Tum time pr so jaati kl to uth pati..
A: O bete ki!...kitne jhute ho aap SSO...agr aap mujhe sone dete na to mai so jati...
S: aye....shameless ho tum Anika...I am going.. 5 minute me utho...nahi to mai akele chala jaunga...
A: arey jao jao...and us bawarchi ko mere liye aloo poori ka order de dena ...
S: ye 5 star resort hai Anika..
A: Toh kya aloo poori nahi milegi? Jao na...in sb behes me meri need kharab ho rahi hai...
Shivaay left the room.
Breakfast hall. (It's in the open)
S: Hello Tanushree
T: Hello Mr. Oberoi. Aap mujhe Tanu keh rakte hai..
S: Then you must also call me Shivaay..
T: Ji...Anika?
S: Um...
T: Vo bhi nahi uthi na...
S: haan...I guess Rishi bhi
T: Ji...
S: Humesha se lazy tha...haha...
They both take their plates and serve themselves some breakfast. Vani had just reached the resort and freshened up. They had left home early morning and so came there for breakfast. Post breakfast, Tanu spots Bani and Shivaay spots Veer as they were leaving.
T: Anika to yahan hai...
S: and Rishi bhi...
They turned to see again but Vani had already left. Both looked at each other with confusion and let it go. Later, Shivika and Tanshi were chilling. They asked if their spouses had breakfast to which both denied. Anika suddenly felt period cramps and left to check while Rishi remembered he had to shoot his dad an important mail. He left to get better reception. Shivaay and Tanu chatted for a bit but Shivaay got a call. Tanu started to roam around. She saw two people kissing from over the bush. Their clothes were visible but from her face, it looked like Anika. The guy's face wasn't visible. Tanu looked back worriedly and realized Shivaay was standing there on the call. She felt very worried.
