11. Forever : VeerxBani

Note:- If you have not read chapter 8-10: Bani had planned to confess to Veer but Jai's presence ended up creating misunderstandings, Bani tries to pacify an agitated Veer but by the time she actually gets hold of him at Tara mehendi function, Veer was under the influence of Markaat and he hurt Bani. He met chandni as well, later when he came to his senses, he confronts his mother and Bani sends her behind the door so she cannot do more harm. Veer takes her on a date and the confess their feelings. Bani and Veer have consummate their marriage but Chandni and Jai team up and plan to marry Veer and Bani respectively. Veer frees himself from the influence in time and saves Bani too and flies away with her.

This is what I interpreted for coming weekend (19-20 December). This story continues from there and is just to give it a definite end.

Veer is flying away with his entire wife in his arms with his sole aim to get Bani as far away as he could from the Dhabewala. Jai cursed under his breath and followed Veer. Bani lay in his arms, too stiff, with a vacant expression.

Veer notices a snake creeping in his shadows on the ground.

V (thinks): Ye chepu peecha kr raha hai, tabhi Bani ko hosh nahi aa raha.

J(thinks): Bani...Bani suno, push Veer and get off his arms. Shout at him. You want him to let you go.

He was worried that the magic of mayavi ras will wear off soon and Bani will come back to her senses. He tried his luck, hoping against hope that his proximity to them was enough for her to get the message.

Bani suddenly started reacting: Chodo mujhe, Mujhe Jai ke pass jaana hai. Mujhe nahi jana tumhare saath, let me go! (she tried to push him off) 

Veer understood what Jai was trying. He held Bani tighter and flew up higher, increasing the distance. Jai screamed and stopped following. He checked the ras and cursed Veer when he saw it was almost over. Veer took Bani to his farm house and saw she was still in trace but her eyes were slowly starting to come to life.He held her face.

V: Sweetheart..?

Bani looked at him and memories of last night came flooding her mind. They made love, she gave her all to him without thinking that he was not from her naag vansh and that she might anger her Bholenath in the process; only to be left in the morning. Her nose flared, she was done crying for him, dare he say that she is his sweetheart after making her feel so used, like she was nothing but a one night stand when she felt she was much more. Tears threatened to fall of her eyes and wiped them away angrily. The only man she thought loved her for soul and did not see her for her powers like Jai or her body like shakura ended up breaking her spirits the worst way possible.

She pushed his hands away: Never call me sweetheart! I hate that word. Kissi gali se km nahi lgta tumhare moo se.

Veer pulled away shocked: Bani??

B: tumhe jo krna tha, tum kr chuke. Ab kya chahte ho mujhe Veeranshu Singhania? Sb kuch to le lia! Ab mujhe maar kr meri shaktiyaan chin lena baki hai bs...

V: Tum ye bol rahi ho bani? Hum pyaar krte hai na ek doosre se...

B: Chi! Ye shabd tumhare moo se suit nahi krte. Mai pagal thi jo tumhari harkaton ko pyaar samajh baithi. Tum jaisa Cheel kabhi kissi ke liye feel nahi kr skta.

She tried to leave when Veer remembered that the last time her was in trance, he had hurt Bani. Did he hurt her again after she had opened up to him finally? He would never be able to forgive himself if he had laid another hand on her! Veer invoked his powers and grabbed her hands tightly so that she cannot push away.
