New Guitar

"We love you shawn happy birthday!" The crowd yelled.

Shawn chuckled and blew kisses. I ran to the back room and pulled out his new guitar. I sighed and smiled. I ran back out and held up the guitar. Cameron removed the blind fold and everybody cheered. Shawn chuckled and hugged me.

"This is awesome!" He yelled. "Thanks Louisville!"

Everybody cheered again and he pulled off the streamers.

"I'm gonna play a song for everyone" he said into the microphone.

He began to strum.

Everybody clapped and cheered. I wiped away a couple of tears and smiled. I hugged him and it turned into a group hug.

"That was so beautiful" I muttered in his ear.

He smiled and I kissed him on the cheek.

"Thank you everybody!" Taylor yelled.

We all ran off and went back to the motel. everybody was talking and walking to their rooms while Shawn played with his guitar. I ran up to him.

"Shawn, lemme take you out to dinner for your birthday?" I said.

He smiled and nodded.

"I'll meet you at 7" I said opening my door.

"See you then" he said.

I grabbed my daisy sun dress and slid if on quickly. I smiled and sprayed myself with perfume.

"Carrie! I brought your charger back!" Matt yelled walking in.

He stopped and his jaw dropped.

"Wow" he said.

I smiled and played with the bottom of my dress. He handed me the charger and I threw it on my bed. he escorted me out and smiled. I walked over to Shawn's and knocked.

"Good luck" he said sliding back into his room.

I chuckled and smiled. He swung the door opened and smiled.

"You look nice" he said.

"So do you" I replied.

He linked arms with me and I chuckled. we walked to the diner and looked at all the lights. we ate dinner and laughed about memories.

"These lights are so much fun" I said staring out in the distance after dinner.

"If you love it here, you'll love New York" he said.

I shivered and smiled.

"Thank you for dinner" he said.

"No problem, I just had to take my bestfriend out to dinner" I replied.

He smiled and we headed back to motel. I sighed and hugged him tightly before we went to bed. I sighed and hopped into my pjs. I opened my book and began to read.
