"Just Friends"

*Carries POV*

I held Shawns hand as the plane landed. I texted Cameron and Nash as soon as we got off. We spotted them and ran over to greet them. Cameron hugged me longer than he should have and Nash talked to Shawn.

"How was the tour?" Nash asked.

"It was awesome" shawn replied.

Nash and Cameron smiled and we all headed back to their condo. I could feel Camerons eyes radiating on me. I nudged him to stop and he cleared his throat. Shawn talked about his tour and Nash made dinner when we got there.

"How's everything here?" I asked Nash helping him.

"Fine, Camerons been acting weird lately" he replied.

I looked over at him smiling.

"Yeah" I said.

"How bout you and Shawn, you guys okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, we had a little fight when I went to Toronto but we're okay now" I said.

He nodded and smiled. We finished and everybody ate fast.

We finished and enjoyed the rest of the night with Cameron and Nash.

"I'm gonna go start the car" shawn said standing up.

I nodded and smiled.

"I'm gonna go take a shower" Nash said afterwards.

I widened my eyes and cleared my own throat.

"So" cameron said as everyone left.

"What's up?" I asked propping my feet on the table.

He sat there in silence and soon kissed me. I pushed him off in amazement.

"What the hell Cameron?!" I yelled.

"I'm sorry, I had to get that off my chest" he replied.

"You know how long Shawn and I have been trying to forget the last time Shawn kissed someone else?!" I yelled regretted telling him.

"Wait what?" he asked. "Shawn kissed another girl?"

I swallowed hard and shook my head.

"Stop lying Carrie, I can tell when your lying" he said.

"Okay yes he did but it's okay now, everything is okay" I said calming down.

He sighed and sat back in his chair.

"You can't say anything to shawn, it'll break him" I said. "especially since it's you"

He nodded.

"Ready to go?" Shawn asked walking in.

I looked at Cameron and nodded.

"Be back in a minute" shawn said waving.

I headed out with Shawn and I didn't say anything the whole way there.

"Carrie are you okay?" He asked parking in my drive way.

I looked at him and nodded.

"You look like you just saw a ghost" he said.

"No, I'm fine" I said choking up.

"No you're not, what's up?" He asked pushing a lock of hair behind my ear.

"Nothing just a little jet-lagged" I lied.

He smiled and pecked my lips. I looked at him weird and kissed him again. and again. and again. something was missing.

"Love you" I said.

"I love you too" he replied.

I got out and ran inside.

"Mom!" I yelled.

She came running out and smiled.

"Hey honey" she said. "what's up?"

"Um I'm scared" I replied.

"About?" She asked drying her hands.

"When I kissed Shawn, It felt empty" I replied.

"Hm well, maybe you guys need a spark" she replied.

"Oh god, no, I don't want to lose the spark, no spark means no Shawn" I replied worried.

"Honey it's okay, you'll find it again. you guys love each other more than anything" she said petting my head.

I nodded and sighed.

"I'll have to sleep on it" I said heading to my room.

"Goodnight love you" she said.

"Love you too" I said.
