I quickly dodged away from the flames. But before I notice it, she whacked me with her long tail. I went flying across the room. I tried standing up. My jacket was smoking. I took it off and threw if away far from me. You're too late. Just give up, Masoumeh said in my head. "Never! You evil witch", I yelled. Brave words, I know. But unfortunately, I didn't have any weaponry around me. The Queen charged. I did a few cartwheels, showing off. Unfortunately, I landed horribly and twisted my ankle. I screamed in agony. The Queen made a noise similar to laughter. I can't believe they chose you to be their champion, Masoumeh gleamed. Just as she was about to step on me like a cockroach, I leaped for my bow. I didn't see any good use of it without any arrows. Why was this so hard? Masoumeh flared her nostrils and smoke came out. Won't you stay still?! "Sorry! I can't! I can't be around uglyness", I shouted. If I die, I prefer to die yelling snarky remarks at the Queen. She blew fire at me once again. I rolled away but I was too slow. My leg caught on fire. I tried to extinguish the flames. You're no match for me, foolish girl. "We'll see about that!", I exclaimed. I tried standing up but my legs failed me. Just peachy. Once again, farewell Blaire Levesque. Have fun in the Underworld. Her gigantic foot hovered above me. Well, I guess this was it. No one could say I didn't try. Then I saw it glowing from a distance. It was an arrow. A golden arrow. It can't be. The actual golden arrow I read about it the brochure. I thought It was a myth. I guess at this point anything is possible. I guess Santa gets me a lot of presents this year. With all the strength I had left, I leaped to get the arrow. I loaded it and aimed it at the dragon. I let it loose and it hit Masoumeh's eye. She howled in pain and fell to the ground. She started shrinking and turned back to her normal ghostly surprisingly human self. She pulled the arrow out of her eye. She couldn't do anything but focus on the pain she was experiencing. Yes, I know. This was my chance to go over to her, say a smart catch phrase and kill her. But alas, I had own things going on. I couldn't feel my feet. They felt numb. I panicked, thinking that I could be paralysed. Then I realised that I can move legs but can't stand. The pain was unbearable. It was as if there was someone trying to bend my legs, breaking them as if they were twigs. Masoumeh wasn't doing so great herself. She tried standing up but she'd slip on her blood coming out of her eye and fall. It was quite funny to watch. I had to finish this once and for all. I started crawling as fast as I could. My knees hurt, they were starting to fail on me. Just as the Queen was about to stand op straight, I managed to tackle her. I punched her and bashed her head on the ground. She tried fighting back but I didn't allow her. She pushed my face hurting my jaw. So we were having those annoying sister fights. I guess all that practice over the years came in handy. The Queen finally managed to push me away. "ENOUGH!", She yelled. Her voice echoed the throne room. I finally was able to regain energy to stand up. The Queen was on her knees. Her eye was filled with hatred. Half of her face had blood trickling from her eye. Her hair had specks of her blood. Her blood was as black as a night sky without stars. "You must die!", she screamed. "Not today, lady", I said, as I ran and kicked her stomach. Masoumeh hunched and fell again. I went down on my knees. All my strength went into that kick. I poked the Queen's good eye. She bit my finger. "Oww!", I yelled. Then I saw it again. The arrow. I grabbed it. "Good bye, Masoumeh Tavakoli", then I stabbed her heart. She gasped, surprised. She tried pulling the arrow out but I pushed it in deeper. The felt Masoumeh's grip getting softer. She started breathing slowly. A few seconds later, she was dead. I pulled the arrow out and lied beside her. I was exhausted. I was covered in evil blood. My leg was burnt. My ankle got twisted. I think I lost my sanity on the way. I just wanted to get out of here. Blaire, I heard a voice say. "Oh no", I said, sitting up straight. Masoumeh is dead. Blaire! The voice said loudly. It sounded like a boy's voice. Before I noticed, I woke up.

"Come on, Blaire. Wake up", I opened my eyes sad saw three figures hovering over me. "Thank goodness she's awake", cried Olivia. Dad gave me a bear hug. "Dad... you're... hurting me", I managed to say. "Oh. Sorry. I'm just glad you're alright", he said. I tried sitting up straight. My body still ached. I thought it would feel better once I woke up but the opposite happened. "And Masoumeh? ", Liam asked. "Dead. Completely gone", I reassured him. Then he did something unexpected. He hugged me. He skin was cold yet soft. I hugged Jim back. "Group hug", Olivia said then we all hugged each other. "What happened to Oscu-, Oscru-", "Oscuridad", Dad finished the sentence for me. "I was getting there", I said, pouting. Dad chuckled. He looked just as awful as I was. The little boy stepped out of the shadows. I tried standing up, using Liam's shoulder for support. "Hey!", he whined. "Hush! Oscuridad, about your mother-", I was cut off when he hugged me. It took me by surprise but I hugged him back. He was so fragile in my arms. "I never liked her thar much anyway", he said. I chuckled, ruffling his hair. "Let's get out of here".
