[Abandoned building, two days ago. 19:44]

Slow, rhythmic steps could be heard, echoing through the building. Drops of blood hit the ground loudly.

"Look what we have here, I guess you shouldn't have went alone."

A figure spoke, leaning on the entrance to a dark room.

"Yeah whatever, next time I see that guy though, he will perish. For the time being, I'll have to recover because my arm is about to fall off.. literally."

Maddy held her left arm which was charred and extremely bloody. The shot from Epilogue really did a number despite it being so inaccurate. If the bullet really landed, who knows how much damage would've been done.

"Well, it doesn't matter to me. At least the device worked. I'll contact Sushi today so he can make improvements. Other than that, don't get yourself involved anymore."

Maddy simply nodded her head and walked into one of the rooms in the basement.

The dark figure smirked and began typing on his phone.

[Present, SGU Courtyard, 09:22]

"Do you think Alisha is okay? Didn't her powers get taken away?"

"Man I don't know but..who's gonna be the guardian of our school now?"

"Let's just forget about it, it's not bound to be permanent. We'll be okay..."

Many, many random people spoke among different crowds about the recent situation regarding Alisha's taking of powers. The balance of power has been tipped and many people found this as the perfect opportunity to get on top.

Alisha stood in the middle of a circle while walking to the lobby. Eli, Jerry, Alisha, Ali, and Canary all surrounded her while walking. First time she ever needed support from anyone in her life.

"Don't worry about them Alisha, your powers are slowly coming back so them niggas can't do anything." Eli assured. However, she just stayed silent and continued walking with the group. Nobody said anything. There was absolutely nothing to be said.

There was a long corridor leading from the courtyard to the mission control room outside. While the group walked down the hallway, they were able to see Matty and Simi through the wall gaps. The taller male had Matty's arm behind his back, pinned to the tiles.

"Damn it! If only I could use my powers. The sword been disappears so I should be able to use them by now." Matty yelled while struggling to get back up on his feet.

Simi surveyed around his neck. "Nah, that sword is still there, we just can't see it. Your veins are very dark, that's more than enough proof."

Everyone watched from the small gaps as Simi's lips moved from a distance.

"Yeah...I totally forgot to get my sword back. I must've put it in passive mode by mistake." Jerry rubbed his head.

"How did you..?" Canary was about to ask.

"Let's just continue walking before we get noticed haha."
