I walk in nervously, seeming especially aware of the sound of my shoes on the polished tile floor & how I had forgotten to change before coming here. Still in my hospital gown & leggings, sneakers & messy hair. No one was in the waiting room, except the secretary at the front desk. I reluctantly walked up to her.
"Hi..." I cleared my throat nervously & she looked up at me momentarily from her typing. "I'm here to see Rain...?"
She paused for a second. "Do you have an appointment?"
"W-what?"
She sighed heavily. "You need to have an appointment if you would like to see him, so. Do. You. Have. An. Appointment." She glared at me at the last part, & I saw her shining silvery eyes & gasped.
"You have... silver eyes..."
She raised her eyebrows at me. "Ah, you can see. Who are you then?"
"I... I think Aden called it Rain's 'soul flame'?"
She sighed heavily, eyebrows raised & eyes widening. "Oh gods, are you him? Are you the Storm God's supposed soulmate he's been pining over for millenia? Or are you just fooling with me? No wait, you do have his eyes. Strikingly bright green. Don't see that every day. Well... better take you to him then, he will have been waiting for a while... He's been working from home this past... Week-ish? But I'll do what I can... Right this way."
This other character, the secretary, doesn't really get an introduction "on screen", so I'll give 1 now. Her name is Brenna. She's one of Rain's subordinates, & a minor weather cloud deity. Her supernatural characteristic is her silvery eyes (kinda like storm clouds...). She can do minor weather related things, like small gusts of wind, slight manipulation of rain (as in she can move it when it falls, but not control whether it does, so like, moving individual drops so she doesn't get wet, or something), etc. Here's her pic:
