When I returned home that day, I immediately started to work on the last piece of my collection.
This dress was supposed to be special, I wanted it to be the dress I would wear to the gala, Maddie told me about.
I wanted it to be special, but not outstanding. After a while of just scribbling around I finally completed it.
It was champagne coloured and rather form fitting. However I still managed to bring the typical 20s style feathers into it, same as the popular beets.
The back of the dress was quite low, not low enough to be scandalous, but enough to reveal the tattoo on my spine. The meaning behind that very tattoo was rather childish, since I only got it to infuriate my parents, and still I was incredibly proud of it.
It was a drawing I made during one of my rather boring university lectures.
