The girl was strangely familiar but you couldn't place exactly where you knew her from.

She had an innocent grin and shoulder length blonde hair. These features were accompanied by two striking brown eyes that, even though they were smiling, somehow looked frightened and scared.

You feel bad for her. You knew the pain of being neglected when you were younger.

The girl held her hand out for you to take and truthfully, her face was too adorable for you to deny her.

You take Delia's hand and she leads you across the downstairs hallway, pushes open a door to the front room.

The front room was just like it was in 2018, the only difference being Fiona Goode's portrait wasn't up on the wall yet.

That meant she was the reigning supreme and was probably the lousy looking witch who stood in front of you.

The woman had a cigarette in her mouth. It burnt lightly but made an awful smell in the room.

Cordelia, who was the current supreme in 2018, had banned smoking completely which had angered some of the older witches but you can see why she had done it.

"Who is this?" She spat, emphasising every syllable.

She didn't look happy.

"Erm, I'm y/n." You struggle for words, she wasn't as friendly as you assumed.

"And you are of significance because?" Fiona inquiries, slowly tilting her head to the left.

"I found her mummy! She is a new friend! A new witch!" Delia says in her high pitched child's voice.

"No. Cordelia! I sense no magical abilities." The supreme says solidly.

You weren't sure why she emphasised 'no' but you were more interested in the fact that the little girl stood beside you, who looked as happy as ever, was in reality Cordelia Goode.

You should've known earlier.

"Cordelia?" You ask, bending down slightly towards the girl, you found it hard to believe that she was the Cordelia that you had a serious conversation with the other week about salad dressings.

"Yes. That's my name," she says smiling but unsurely, she was probably nervous around her mother and you didn't blame her, "but you can just call me Delia because we are best friends!"

"No." Fiona said, spitting her cigarette onto the floor, "You will not be friends with an.. an.. intruder!"

The woman's eyes were filled with fire. It was probably the alcohol she had been consuming.

Cordelia stepped back, afraid.

She was wearing a small black dress, similar to her mother's except Cordelia's had a bow at the waistline.

And as Cordelia stepped back, she tripped over her dress and immediately started falling back to the floor.

She barely had time to yell for help until..

Suddenly, she stopped falling. Something was holding her up.

It was telekinesis, you had seen it used countless times at the academy before. It wasn't much of a surprise to see it being used in the 1980s coven.

Fiona froze and stared at Delia. She didn't look like she was concentrating enough to keep her up so you wondered who was doing it.

Your questions were answered when a badly dressed yet elegant, red haired witch twirled her way into the room.

"Hello dear," she said nodding at you with a smile.

A smile that knew more secrets than you originally thought.
