Harry

I'm awoken by a strong ache in my left shoulder, undoubtedly from the uncomfortable position I was made to sleep in on the couch. I use my right arm to rub the sore spot, my features tugged into a grimace at the pain. Why the hell am I on the couch?

Oh.

My eyes were still heavy as I pried them open, cautious of the harsh light that sneaks passed the curtains. There was a light pitter patter of early February rain and if I wasn't on such an agonizing surface, it would have soothed me back into my slumber. I'm surprised at how warm it is despite it being 30 degrees out.

Staring at the ceiling, I finally decide to sit up. After throwing the navy blue plush blanket on the floor, I toss my legs over the side of the couch and  raise my arm in a stretch in an attempt to relieve the pain. I feel a bone crack and I release an loud yawn. Aside from my shoulder, I slept pretty peacefully. It seemed quiet, which told me that Logan was still asleep. I didn't want to be the one to gone in an wake her up, so I figure I can find something to eat until she does.

I should probably offer to buy her something. I knew I was rather cranky with her last night. Between it being so late, and the predicament, I was over it.

I twist my neck to the side, wincing as the bones crack softly. Afterwards, I spot my phone on the glass table. Unlocking it, I see that it's 11:23am. Seeing the time caused me to yawn again, I hadn't slept in this late in a while. When my eyes found the date, it made me feel like something important was coming up, but I couldn't pin point it.

Once my stomach begins to growl, I decide I should stop stalling with my meal. My feet pad against the cold floor and passed the hallway, where I find myself glancing towards my room door. It sat halfway opened, only allowing me to see the window that stood on the left wall. Small drops of rain land against it and from here, I can hear loud snores.

I won't deal with her until I have to.

But it's nearly noon. If I don't wake her up now, how long will she sleep? I didn't have any official plans for the day, but that doesn't mean I want to spend it with her. I could be doing research.

Before I know it, I'm pushing open the room door.

Logan lie on her back, one leg sprawled out and one hiked up in a mountain shape. The blanket covered her body up to her chest, where my shirt had slid down one of her shoulders. Her head was faced towards the wall and away from me, but I could see a small spot on the pillow where she had drooled. It was an interesting sight, but my attention was drawn to what lay underneath her arm. A pair of my sweats and two of my tee shirts, clothing that I knew I never offered.

My brows furrow but before I could react, she moans, turning her face towards me and pressing her lips together. She was waking up and I didn't want her to see me in the room thinking I was watching her sleep. Ultimately, I was, but it wasn't with ill intent.

"Harry?" Her morning voice is deep and confused.

"Logan." I repeat, unable to find a natural thing to do.

"Were you watching me sleep?" She rubs her eyes and sits up so that her back was against the headboard. It was when her breast moved freely under the shirt that I realized she didn't have a bra on. And if she didn't have a bra, she didn't have underwear.

"No. I'm gonna go." I mumble, my hand coming to untangle my hair as I leave the room. I couldn't help but imagine what was underneath the shirt, as much as I absolutely fucking hated it. I'd rather gauge my own eyes out than think about it.

"Wait," She clears her throat and I can hear her climbing off of the bed to follow me. "Where are you going?"

"To get dressed." I tell her without turning around. I could hear her footsteps leaving the room along with profanities muttered underneath  her breath, presumably at the fact that she'd gotten up without stretching.
