Poof into existence when their organisation is formed
Automatically adults, and none have parental figures
When poofing into existence, there's only a 1% chance they actually appear in front of the countries who formed them. Instead they appear all over the place ~Some examples are UN, who poofed in a tree and was stuck there; EU, who poofed inside of Britain and France's house; BRICS, who poofed in the middle of a desert ~The countries now know to look for an organisation once they form them
Organisations can look into the memories of the countries in their organisation. Once/If a country leaves their organisation, they can no longer look into their memories ~They often forget that they have this ability ~Most organisation's brains block them from seeing any sex memories; organisations who don't have this ability usually get a subconscious warning when they're approaching/about to view one that allows them to know to skip
Ex-organisations lose their pupils once their organisation disbands ~Like this:

Organisations specialize/are very good at what their organisation specializes in/or they have more experience ~Example: NATO is a great fighter, and organisations like ASEAN wouldn't be on NATO's level
Even if a country is not in a certain organisation, countries often listen to the organisations
They are heavily respected, even if some of the more influential ones are crackheads
