This is what starts the key party for episode 5x8. Minerva has some interesting plans and Cheryl gets arrested for forgery.

"Miss Marble. To what do we owe this pleasure?" Cheryl asked, full of nerves as she found the other woman sitting on the couch in her portrait room.

"Miss Blossom, I went to sell your brother's portrait and made the most disturbing yet... fascinating discovery. It was a forgery. A very skillful forgery. And before I call the authorities, I thought we should chat. Don't you agree?" Minerva smirked.

"Yes." Cheryl smiled widely. "Let's chat. But in my painting room, where there's privacy." She led Minerva to her painting room, where the other woman immediately started talking.

"So, Cheryl, is it?" The redhead nodded. "I have a proposition for you. I won't go to the authorities if you pay me half of what you earn from selling your fake paintings."

Cheryl gasped. "Absolutely not, you rotten scourge."

"Well, then." Miverna looked Cheryl up and down. "I can certainly think of another way for you to repay me, if it isn't money."

"And if I don't?" Cheryl asked through gritted teeth.

"Cheryl, have you ever heard of a key party? You're going to host one and rig it, otherwise I'm going to the authorities and you're going to prison."

---

Cheryl had to set this plan into action. The next day while at the school, she found Betty, Veronica, Jughead and Archie in the teachers lounge.

"Hello, chums." Cheryl smiled. "I'm hosting a party Saturday night. I was hoping you would all come. And V, do bring your husband. Jugrat, bring that sweet diner girl, as well. I'll text you the dets. Toodles!"

Much to the redheads dismay, neither Kevin or Toni were in the lounge that day and she wasn't dressed appropriately to stop by Toni's office again. And by that, she means she currently wasn't wearing anything too revealing. Kevin was busy with the upcoming play and couldn't be bothered.

She had to make the decision and visit a place she swore she never would. A place she hadn't been in seven years. The basement of Pop's, now known as the Whyte Wyrm.

Cheryl strutted in wearing red heels, a black laced crop top with a red bra and black skinny jeans. She looked around for Fangs and the tall one. Unfortunately, her eyes landed on Toni, who was pouring a drink for a customer. So she made her way to the bar, having prepared a little speech in her head, so she could leave quickly.

"Cheryl, what are you doing here?" Toni asked her ex girlfriend.

"I'm hosting a party, Toni. I was hoping you, Fangs and...the tall one would come." She completely forgot what his name was.

Toni wiped off her hands, placing them on the bar. "You mean Sweet Pea? He's actually out of town this weekend on a trucking job. But why should I come to your party?"

"Well…" Cheryl defensively folded her arms over her chest. "You did say you wanted me to be one of the good guys, so this is where I start. Plus, I'll be providing food."

The Serpent Queen pursed her lips in thought. She was always down for free food. "Fine. I'll be there."

"Awesome Blossom! I'll text you the dets, then. Oh, and bring whoever you want." And with that, Cheryl left. She couldn't stand seeing Toni in that flannel and tank top she had on, showing off every curve, along with the memory's they had there from their high school days. She had to leave.
