Ricky pov:

After what Nini just told me I was more than scared to find out the rest. She is normally not scared of anything so it had to be something really bad. I was waiting for her to continue but she didn't say anything. "Hey Neens, whatever it is it'll be ok."

She took a deep breath before starting to talk. "We used to be really close. Me and my uncle would spend as much time together as possible, every time my moms left for a work trip I actually stayed at his place. One day, I had just turned 15, my moms left me at his place since they had to leave last minute to New York. Ever since that day I haven't seen him until today."

I rubbed my hands up and down her arms. "What happened that day?" I had an idea, but I couldn't believe this actually happened. I also hoped it didn't.

A few tears rolled done her cheek, which I wiped away. "It's just hard to talk about." I just nodded my head. "It's ok. Take all the time you need, I'm not going anywhere." She hid her head in my chest and nodded her head against it.

Multiple minutes later Nini stopped crying and sat up a bit. "Are you ready to tell me?" I asked quietly. I was kind of hoping she didn't hear. "I think so."

I put my hand on her back in an attempt to keep her calm.

„That night we were watching a movie, like we did every time I was there. In the middle of the movie he-e." "You're safe" I said to try and calm her. Honestly, I was sure what she was implying by now, but I still couldn't believe it. "He turned off the movie and r-raped me."

She fell onto my chest crying. I rubbed her back. "You're safe here." Nini didn't answer in any kind of way and continued to cry into my chest. "Do you need anything? Like get professional help?" She quickly shook her head "I used to, but it didn't help. If he wouldn't have shown up, I would still be good."

I nodded my head as a sign that I understood. "If you need anything please tell me. Can you promise me that?" She smiled "I can do that." She cuddled herself further into me "Can you not tell mom and dad?" I looked at her in disbelieve "Neens, you should tell them. This man could be dangerous." "He would never hurt you or anyone other than me. So, you guys are safe." I shook my head "But you're not."

She shrug her shoulders "It's whatever." I couldn't believe what she just said "Neens, you know I care about you. If you don't want to tell them the part that he raped, you or that he is after you I'm ok with that. But that guy probably tried to kill you and killed your moms."

Suddenly I froze, did I really just say that.

„You think the car crash was not an accident?" Nini was looking into my eyes.

„No, I mean well-" She cut me off. "The truth." I nodded my head "I do think he had something to do with it."
