The friendship with Atrix and his friend group started to expand and Adeline felt really comfortable around them. They were very openminded and loved a good night out with lots of alcohol and laughter. They cared about Adeline and tried to make her feel included and welcomed in every way possible. Atrix even invited her to a Saturday diner at his house with fiends and a few of his neighbors. As it seemed they were very close and those kind of dinners were a very common thing for all of them.

Adeline still felt very sad because of her present relationship with Astrid. She was still avoiding her but every time they saw each other there was guilt spread across Astrids face and she was looking sad as well. But way was it that she still avoided her then ha? Those events that played out almost a month ago were still unclear, but what was it that Astrid, who told Adeline everything, couldn't explain this time. Adeline had a constant battle inside of her. There were so many times that she wanted to just go and clear everything out. But she was afraid. Afraid of another rejection and more lies. She was abandoned so many times in her life. Her father was always there but his actions were almost equal to abandonment. He was neglecting Adeline her whole life, and because of what? The answer is becoming clearer and clearer every day now. There is something about Adeline even she could not understand and explain. It is not something common, it is strange and frightening. So it is understandable that Astrid is disgusted with her, she even hurt her brother.

Speaking of Kellam she saw him a few times after that strange encounter in the bar. He started to hang out in the bar more frequently than she knew he does. He would sit in the corner with Marcus and Emron. Oh, yea another thing. He was totally ignoring her. Once, as she was going to the bar to order drink she stopped at their table to say hi. Marcus just kindly smiled at her and Emron asked her how was she doing, all while Kellam was staring out of the window pretending she wasn't there. What did she do to him to deserve such a pleasant greet. Maybe he was still angry about that thing in the restaurant after which I stormed out into the woods. But why would he save me than.

There were too much questions Adeline couldn't answer and she started to become very frustrated with herself when she thought about them. She was to afraid to ask anyone about her situation but she knew she had to do something. That is why she was now sitting in the middle of library searching through old books about traces of magic in the past. There were not much information she found but she still kept going. It was Saturday and it was getting close to the dinner Atrix invited her to so she decided to take the book she was currently reading and head out.

Atrix lives ten minutes out of the town in the little suburb called Bellpond and it is absolutely magnificent. It is like you entered something out of fairy tail. His house was very similar to other houses in the area. All houses had a rustic feel to it, with wooden gates surrounding big gardens that are most likely full of different herbs in the summer. The house it self was very cozy and it had the most beautiful aura lingering around Adeline when she entered it. It was like she could suddenly feel the energy of her body and every living creature in this house. She felt happiness and serenity both at the same time and she wasn't surprised when she caught herself smiling while taking in her surrounding.

"Hey you, you are just on time! Everyone has already come and the food will be ready in a couple of minutes." Atrix greeted her while leading her to the dining room that was looking like living room and dining room combined. She was greeted by many familiar faces and a few that she was assuming were Atrixs neighbors.

"Hello, it is nice to meet you! I am Adeline and I heard so much great thing about all of you. Atrix talks about you all almost all the time. You make the status of neighbors come to a different level."

"Oh dear you are too kind.  Either you don't have neighbors or you have very unkind ones since you think yo highly of us." A middle-aged woman named Fleur said kindly. The name suited her. She was kind and radiated so much positive energy that she brightened the whole room.
