Teacher AU

This is a small description of each main character in the BAU, past and present (that I'm aware of, will be added to as different characters come), what they teach, all that. This is for high school.

Assuming they have a 7 period work day, 0-7 periods total, one period for lunch, one period for grading, they will teach 6 classes due to having one class off unless it's specified they work all 7.

Aaron Hotchner - (4) World History, (2) AP World History

• Very fun, yet very strict
• Contest going on about who can make him smile
• Everyone loves his son when he stops by
• The only time he doesn't dress formal is when it's a spirit week
• He's literally so comforting if you need it

Jason Gideon - (6) PE coach

• Tough as shit
• Makes people run the mile
• Doesn't give a damn if you're having personal issues
• Is known to play chess with you if you know him enough
• Stay on his good side

Emily Prentiss - (3 different levels) German, (3 different levels) French

• Candy in a drawer that she secretly gives to kids when they're having bad days
• Provides female sanitary things quietly
• Has been seen hanging around other teacher's rooms on her period off
• Offers tutoring freely
• Goes away for a few weeks out of the year to visit other countries
• Takes her advanced students on school funded trips to the country of the language they're learning

Jenifer Jareu - School counselor

• Really sweet
• Gives candy
• Has many blankets and pillows and stuffies
• Provides fidget toys
• Always up to listen and gives hugs if needed
• The counselor everyone loves
• Talks about her kids if you let her

Tara Lewis - (2) Psychology, (2) Adv. psychology, (1) AP psychology

• Quite funny in her class
• Adores answering questions so much
• Always knows how to keep a conversation going
• Laughs when no one answers questions
• Proves psychology tricks on students and grind when they realize what happened
• Has monthly debates with Reid on topics chosen by the debate club
• It always ends in a draw

Elle Greenaway - (6 [two simple, two medium, two advanced]) Spanish

• I have nothing to add to her
• She's kinda bitchy

Alex Blake - (3) English, (3) AP English

• She was there for literally one season, how do I add something?
• She's the teacher everyone wants
• People work extra hard to get her AP class

Derek Morgan - (6) US History, football coach

• Gigantic dork
• Super supportive of literally everyone
• Will quietly provide a condom if needed
• Everyone's dad
• If you don't have a dad, he's now your dad
• He doesn't make the rules
• Tough love on his players
• Will break up fights if he sees them
• Talks to kids who need the help
• Playfully flirts with other teachers
• Spends his off period in Reid's classroom

Penelope Garcia - (3) Computers, (3) Coding

• So fucking sweet
• She's like human candy
• Her classroom is full of happy things and everyone has a fidget toy
• She cries if someone is sweet to her
• She has to leave class almost every day because Reid still doesn't understand computers
• Sometimes she sends a student who knows what they're doing to help
• She gives them extra credit
• She's just the sweetest ever
• Give her a hug

Spencer Reid - (1) AP physics, (1) AP chemistry, (1) AP Calculus, (1) AP Statistics, (1) AP Trigonometry

• He's one of the best teachers
• Spends one free period in Morgan's class
• Was given a second free period to spend with special ed students
• He's one of the few people who aren't trained who can get through to them
• He's incredibly understanding if there's personal issues
• Runs an emotional support dog program at the school
• Has a service dog for himself due to his health problems
• Garcia, Morgan, Hotch, Blake, and Rossi all have trained dogs for their classrooms
• Spends time at libraries, hospitals, or adoption homes reading to kids and spending time with them
• Despite his young age, he's constantly asking Garcia for help with his computer
• He's just the teacher people want
