Spencer Reid has many disorders and problems m. It's shown in the show and canonically he has many mental health problems and some physical, though I doubt they really talk about it much. Here's what my version of Spencer has.

- Slight OCD
- Some facial and hand tics (moving his mouth, eyes, blinking rapidly, moving his fingers or hands in a certain way, lightly hitting things including himself, etc.)
- Social anxiety as well as GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- C-PTSD
- Epilepsy
