Your Pov
I rolled over in the bed and as I slowly opened my eyes I was blinded by the bright sun.
"Ack, why is it so bright?" I said in a groggy voice
"Oh, so your up finally?" a voice said and I shot up, only to see Kakashi looking through his desk.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I said annoyed and he just shrugged and continued to search.
"What are you looking for?" I ask and he pauses.
"Just an empty scroll." He said taking the scroll out of his desks and then began to unravel it. I watched Kakashi sit down, grabbed a ink pen, and began to write something. Once he was down he rolled the scroll back up and placed a seal on it.
"You hungry?" he asked and I nodded.
Kakashi then left the room and I got out of bed, and began to stretch my arms. I rubbed my eyes and walked out of the room. I then heard a sizzling noise come from the kitchen. But, as I was walking into the kitchen I notice a black bird perched on the window seal, pecking at the window.
'Is that Itachi's?' I thought. I then walked towards the window and opened it slightly. The bird flew on my shoulder and 'cawed'. I noticed a note attached to it, I grabbed it and l let the bird go.
"Oh so, that was your bird?" Kakashi said while placing two plates on the table.
"Well, no. It's Itachi's" I said walking over to the table to sit down.
"What did he want?" he asked curiously and I shrugged while taking a bite of scrambled eggs.
As we were eating I noticed Kakashi reading a orange book titled Icha Icha Paradise.
'Makeout Paradise?' I thought
"So...your in to porn still?" I asked and Kakashi choked
"What? How can you say that with a straight face!" he said blushing slightly
"mmm, I dunno?" I said shrugging and then stared at him
"It's not like that, it a dramatic, romance novel. The protagonists are both new to love and begin dating, and then fall in love." He said passionately
"So are you telling me that there isn't weird stuff happening in the book?" I ask
"w-well, uuuh..." Kakashi begins to panic
"That's what I thought, Anyway where did you even get the book?" I asked
"Jiraiya-sensei, gave it to me." he said
"That makes a lot of sense." I said sighing.
I then decided to open the letter Itachi wrote.
Nee-chan,
Mom and dad got back home a day ago and we decided to stop by your place this morning.
I told mom that you were probably at the Anbu headquarters but, she had other thoughts. So, hurry up and come over.
Itachi
'oh boy. I'm in trouble. I swear mom's have a sixth sense or something.' I thought.
"What's wrong?" Kakashi asked
"I'm in trouble." I said and Kakashi just looked confused. I then quickly helped Kakashi clean up and began walking towards the door.
"Uuh, Y/n?" He said
"yeah?" I said sliding on be shoes
"You're still in your pajamas." He said pointing at me. I was currently wearing loose shorts and a tank top.
"wait wears my sweatshirt?" I said
"You took it off in the middle of the night." He said and then walked back into his room to grab the sweatshirt. He then tossed it and I caught it.
"R-right thanks..." I said nervously laughing. I put on my sweatshirt.
'Now the question is how am I going to make it home without being scene?'
"You know what screw it. I'm just going to make a run for it." I said standing up
"Don't you usually keep marked kunai at your house?" Kakashi said
"Uuh, yeah. WAIT! yeah!" I said no channeling my chakra, beginning to sense my chakra on the kunai.
"Alright see ya tonight!" I said and disappeared
I then quickly ran into my room and turned on the shower and hopped in. Once I was done I put normal clothes on and said "water style: vaporize." 'now next stop the Uchiha household.' I thought.

knock, knock
The door is then opened by Mikoto-san.
"He-"
"Don't 'hey' me, we need to talk." she said placing her hands on her hip.
"R-right." I said walking into the house and taking off my shoes
I then follow Mikoto upstairs into a seperate room. We both then sit down on the bed.
"So, where were you this morning?" She asked
"Uuh, I was at the Anbu headquarters, I had to drop something off." I said nervously laughing.
Mikoto-san then looked directly into my eyes and said "oh really?"
"Yeah." I said now beginning to sweat
"Y/n, I told you this before and I'll say this once more. You are a terrible liar. Now are you going to tell me the truth? " she said while crossing her arms.
"Your going to get mad." I said
"I'm not going to get mad at you, if you tell me the truth." she said
'we all now that ain't true.' I thought
"Soooo, the thing is I woke up last night because I had a bad dream and...I went for a walk...and then met up with uh...Kakashi...and I may or may not have stayed over because I was too lazy to walk home." I said
silence
'Oh God I'm done for!' I thought
"Well, you could have said that from the beginning." she said while sighing
"So, your not mad?" I said
"No, I am. You don't go staying at a boy's house, alone, when your 17 years old." She said and then looked at me with a serious face.
"You two, didn't have-"
"NOOOOOO!!!!" I shouted blushing
"Thank god. You now that-"
"yes, yes. I know, we don't need to have the talk." I said and she sighed in relief.
"So, I heard your going to the Festival tonight." She said to lighten the mood and I nodded
"I'm guessing your going with Kakashi?" She asked
"Yeah?" I replied and she nodded and then walked over to the closet, open it, and pulled out an indigo kimono, with flowers decorating it.
"Wow, its, so pretty!" I said and she smiled
"That's why we came over today. I wanted to give this to you." She said with a smile
"Thank you so much!" I said hugging her and she laughed.
