I shook my head in disbelief and put my head in my hands. "If one more person brings this up again the murder charges will magically reappear."

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to ..." he apologised.

I sat down on the sofa once again, crossed my arms and stared at him which i could tell, made him nervous.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" he finally asked and crossed his arms as well.

"Why are you asking?"

"It's ... " he thought but didn't finish his sentence and sat down on the sofa as well.

"Creepy? Intimidating? Scary? Oh my god is Bucky Barnes scared of me??" I said and pretended to be way too excited about it.

"You know I love you but sometimes you make me wanna throw you off a cliff."

I gasped as I opened my mouth shocked. "James Buchanan Barnes ..."

"Wow you really remembered my full name." he nodded impressed.

"Where is this attitude coming from!?" I asked as he raised my legs and rested them on his lap.

"Probably from spending time with you."

I kicked his leg but not to actually hurt him. It was just a warning.

I took a deep breath to start another one of my monologues. He saw it coming so he tilted his head towards me.

"However! Let's get back to the cliff statement!" I said and raised my finger to stop him from interrupting me. "Let's  go back for about a year? And a half? I don't even know ... ANYWAY. It was a day when you my dear, broke my heart for ... I don't even know ... 3rd time? Anyway ..."

Once again I had to raise my finger so he would remain silent.
"Shush my darling let me finish. But before that infamous event there was a moment when the clumsy side of me showed up and I was about to fall off a cliff. IT WAS YOUR CHANCE. But you saved me." I explained dramatically and pretended to wipe away a tear.

Bucky was completely confused. " What are you even trying to.... what's your point?" he asked.

I sighed and shook my head. "Seriously? Okay for the people that did not get the point of my monologue..."

"You know it's just me here, right?" he asked, still pretty much confused and looked at me as if he was seriously reconsidering my mental stability.

"Jeez Buck let me be dramatic." I mumbled and rolled my eyes. "So the point is ... if you really wanted me to fall of a cliff, you would've let me fall." I said proudly.

"Yeah but that wouldn't give me the actual pleasure since I wouldn't be the one to throw you off." he said like it was a completely normal thing.

My yaw dropped. I took a pillow from behind my back and threw it at his face.

On my disappointment he caught it. Damn, I must admit, those really were some great reflexes.

"Seriously?!" I yelled disappointed when I saw him caught it. "You are no fun!" I pretended to be upset as I dramatically laid down on the sofa once again, but this time with my head on his lap.

I was looking in front of me as he was looking down at my fake disappointed expression and smiled. "You know I would not actually do it, right? Throw you off a cliff?" he asked as he tried not to laugh.

I looked up at him with half closed eyes. "I don't know about you Buck but I might consider it."

"I told you I'm not a fan of heights." he said, raising his eyebrows.
