Backstory:

Estelle Jackson was a Hufflepuff in Hogwarts, she was also a part of the prestigious Black family. Like most girls at the time, Estelle was in love with Tom Marvolo Riddle.

However, unlike most girls she was successful in charming him. Or so she thought.

When Myrtle turned up dead in the girls bathroom, Estelle instantly knew that Tom was behind it. She confronted him and payed the price. Estelle was pregnant at the time as Tom had 'deflowered' her in the Room of Requirement one night.

She was 16-17 at the time so she, obviously, couldn't stand up to Tom. Even if she told her parents they would not help her because she was a Hufflepuff not a Slytherin. So Estelle fled, for her baby and for herself. Tom was somewhat sad as Estelle was the closest he had come to loving someone. (Nagini doesn't count.)

Estelle's disappearance was downplayed and she was disowned by the Black family. She went to America where she met Jim Jackson, the estranged son of the wealthy Stark family. Estelle and Jim hit it off immediately and they got married soon after.

They were both close in age as Jim had dropped out of his first year in college earlier in the year. They both died later in a tragic plane crash when Sally was five. The couple told Sally nothing about her wizard ancestry and that her real father was actually a wizard. After that Percy's life went on as usual, wars and all.

Jim Jackson was the son of Howard Stark and Maria Stark. He also had a little brother, Anthony Stark. Him and his parents didn't have the best relationship, they expected a lot more than what he could give. Jim finally had enough when his parents disowned him and erased him from their history.

The social circle that the Stark's were in was very family oriented, so disowning your children was generally frowned upon. The Stark's decided to fake Jim's death and by the time Anthony - Jim's little brother - was old enough to remember any thing, he was three when Jim left, his parents had erased any memory of Jim in an attempt to 'cure their grief'.

Anyway, Jim dropped out of college and ran away at the ripe ol' age of 18.

Anthony or Tony as he liked to be called grew up to be a genius inventor and the famous Iron Man of the legendary Avengers. And well the rest of the story is up to you...
