Are you cold?

The crew and I are just walking and talking in the village. Everyone is wearing jackets except me. It's so cold. I don't know why I didn't wear one too. I'm already regretting it. 

Jax is staring at me. "Gilly, aren't you cold?" he asks. 

I sigh. "Well, yeah, but for some reason I didn't think to bring a jacket," I say. 

Jax has a thoughtful look. Then he takes his jacket off. 

"Jax, what are you-" 

"There," he says, draping his jacket over my shoulders. "Is that better?" 

"What-no-you don't need to give me your jacket, I'm not that cold." 

"Actually, you were shivering," AG says. 

I glare at her. 

"What? You were." 

"See, you need it more," Jax says. 

"But you'll be cold," I argue. 

Jax smiles. "I can handle a little cold thief, but it's nice to see you care." 

That shuts me up. If I argue more they'd only tease me. 

"Ok then," I say. I slip my arms through the jacket's sleeves and wrap the jacket around me. 

I sigh. Warmth. The jacket is too big for me though but that's fine. I breathe in deeply. It smells like him. That's a strange thing to think Gilly, says a voice inside me. Yeah, but it was true. His coconut scent (does he use coconut shampoo or something?) clung to it.

"Gilly?" someone waves their hand in my face. 

"Gilly, hello?" 

"Huh? What?" 

"You were spaced out hard," says Ollie. 

"What were you thinking about?" Jax asks. 

"Nothing," I say. 

My friends stare at me. "Okay then," they say and we continue talking.

***Jocelyn's mind: oh gosh the look on her face. When Jax gave her his jacket she's just like no I don't need it and Jax making sure she's warm enough. Then when Gilly said that Jax would be cold he said it was nice to see her worry oh gosh. At least she had her wits about her. If she argued more they'd tease her and I'm not ashamed to say I would too. A lot. Well I didn't sabotage anything so mission accomplished.
