"Oh god, they followed us here?" Lucas said. "We need to hide."
"Hide? they can track me, and you, It's fighting or nothin. Maybe we could throw these two kitties out there as a distraction." Ness said, as the Villager and Link winced in fear.
"Alright, you two hide, we got this in the bag." Lucas said while pointing at a nearby corner.
"We want to help, I got things that can he-" Link said.
"Oh please, get out of my face and go hide, before you, become a hostage and we get fucked." Ness declared.
"Are you sure you can handle using your PSI? You said you were running out of juice."
"I still got it, don't worry."
After Ness finished his sentence, the entrance of the bunker fell and crashed into pieces, two fully decked out porktroopers gushed in, hoisting a laser cannon each.
As soon as they lied they eyes on Ness, they opened fired, but only to be greeted with their own bullets after Ness executed a reflect move. The reflected laser smashed into the troopers, while destroying the wall beside them in the process.
Many more troopers came in, they were all horrified to see what had happened to their colleagues three seconds before, and knew what their fates were. Within seconds, the hasty troopers were disintegrated by spirals of energy.
The PSI boys came outside, to find more abominations waiting for them. There were more troopers, tall and short, fat and thin, and some looked like straight up 4th graders. Four troopers with blades charged forward, aiming towards the boys' throat, but before they could do that, their own throats were gorged out by Lucas' magic, spilling the red, disgusting substance, known as blood.
Lucas was disgusted by this, but he was also extremely happy.
He was fighting along with his best friend.
The remaining troopers were forced to fight to their last breath while their leader, a pigmask with more colorful clothing, who had already fled back onto the battleship, prepared for take off.
The fight ain't over and the general had already ran, what a consistent and professional army. Ness thought to himself.
"You good Lucas? No Scratches?" Ness said, looking at his companion.
"Scratches, we gave them some scratches, maybe a little more then just scratches." Lucas said while grinning.
After the aircraft took off, every single one, and I mean every single one of the opposition dropped to the ground, absolutely surrendering the fight, some took off their masks, showing their last desperation against two unstoppable force. It was almost like they were sent here to die for no reason, there was no way they could have "Just shoot them in the face, its not fucking difficult."
"All the running, all the chasing, were against you scrubs? Man, my sister could have castrated every single one of you." Ness screamed at the kneeling crowd. "Come on, Don't surrender, prove to me that you are different from him, you know, the person that ran, no clue who he is but he sure is a puss."
The crowd was silent, no one even move a muscle from Ness' taunt. While Lucas took a breath of relief.
"Anyone?" Ness continued, "I'm sure you all will get a fat bonus for killing me."
"No...behind you-" an elderly man in front of Ness said softly, clearly scared.
Ness turned around, to see a monstrosity he has never seen before, a 6 feet tall lion, mixed with a snake, and a-
Before he could react, the creature jumped above Ness and went for his throat, mouth dripping with saliva, as the ring of teeth closed around the boy's neck.
Pain, there were none, the creature dropped down, instantly, as a loud sound of a bullet was audible from some distance between Ness and Lucas.
A hole, now visible with blood, was on the body of the creature, not a body anymore, its a corpse.
In the distance, the boy with the green overcoat, hoisting a gun. Along side him, was...Wait, aren't these the people that were told to hide inside their basement? How did they get out here? Thankfully...If they weren't out here, Ness would be 100% dead as a donut.
Ness and Lucas both looked at the ground, staring at the lifeless beast, and imagining how close it was from shedding blood.
"Hey! That was a nice save huh?" Link yelled as he ran towards the two boys, alongside his red sleeve buddy. "Almost didn't get it off, glad that I did."
Lucas was speechless, he was so shocked at what just happened, and how he had almost just lost another close friend.
"Couldn't get that shot off a second earlier?" Ness said recovering.
"The bullet don't automatically cock into the magazine, not everyone has teenage wizardry like you two." Link said, unamused. "We even now?"
...
"...Thanks." Ness said, "But you still did tried to kill us."
"Oh come on, is that still not enough to convince you?" Villager said.
"Wait..." Lucas said, "There was an entire army out there, where did they go?"
"They ran?" Ness said, "I was going to have some fun with them."
...
"They didn't run, they are terminated, they served their purpose and are now useless." Link said. "Poor souls..."
"What?" Ness said in confusion, "They what?"
"You see, Pigmasks like them are not properly trained, they are just captured civilians, or just kamikazes, basically. They are able to erase them after the battle is over, so they don't give out any intel, these people are smart, they don't do things without a reason, and that reason was to distract you and kill you." Villager explained, while Link painfully nodded.
"Alright...cool, we will be on our way now, you two have a good life." Ness said, "Let's go Lucas, this has been dragging on for too long."
...
"We can't just leave them here, we blew up their house, and their stuff." Lucas said.
"Oh yeah, about that." Link said, sheepishly. "Help? We can help ourselves, right Villa? ...Villa?"
...
"...My Dragon quest amibo...Itssss goneee."
...
"Do you guys want to come with us?" Lucas offered.
"We'd love to, Absolutely." Both of them said at once.
"We just met them yesterday, and they tried to kill us." Ness said.
"But they didn't kill me when they had the chance, and they saved you, two times, and we blew up their ho-." Lucas said.
"Alright fine, ok ok."
"Yay, Does it mean we are best mates now" Villa said.
"No."
"Don't have to be mean bout it :'(
"We are not friends, we are just together, as a group." (Take that out of context lol) "Let's follow that ship." Ness said.
And now, the adventure of four schoolchildren has just begun.
