performance (pregame!)

Kokichi pov

It's evening now.. the danganronpa show is about to start where a lot of students of clubs or even groups preform anything to their liking..

"When is (y/n)s turn again?" Yuki asked
"I absolutely have no idea.." I said still feeling tired as ever
"I heard (y/n) wore a sayaka cosplay for this one! I'm really hyped!" Yuna told
"How are you still not tired?!" Yuki asked
"Girls are always full of energy unlike you weirdos!" Yuna said as she stick out her tongue
"Besidessss it's my girlie's first time! This is gonna be hella fun!" She said
"I'm also hyped for the confession" Yuna said as she looked at me
"Huh? I-"

"The next performance is by... The music club!"

We all turned to the stage to see the music club and of course.. (y/n)..

The girls took their places and since (y/n) is their main vocalist she takes the centre.. how did they convince her to do that anyways?...

"Doesn't (y/n) looking extra pretty under that spot light?" Yuna teased
"Shut uppp!" I said and yuki laughed
"I'm gonna take pictures!" Yuki said as he pulled out his ginormous camera that his dad bought just for this event.. how lucky..

As the girls started to perform..
Everyone seemed surprised hearing (y/n)s singing for the first time.. and then they started to cheer her on..
But there was a confusion among people to why the vocalist isn't opening her eyes.. but they still cheered her on anyways..

I started to divert my attention from the audience to (y/n)..

She was wearing the sayaka stage outfit which was shown everywhere in the first broadcast of danganronpa 1
She did look a lot like sayaka in her cosplay.. it was almost perfect..
She was holding onto her mic tightly.. and she bobbed her head to her bandmates music..
A smiled formed on my face as I looked at her.

She really does look pretty today..

(Y/n) opened after a while and she searched for something in the crowed and just like that her eyes landed on me..

She opened her eyes..

I smiled at her and waving my hands and giving her a thumbs up earning a slight giggle from her..

she seemed to calm down by this and performed even better.

"Woah she opened her eyes!" Yuna said
"Now the picture looks complete" yuki said
"She is full of surprises huh?" I said
"Of course she is!! You go gurll!!" Yuna exclaimed
"She's natural.. seems like she's enjoying it" yuki said
"Mhmm! I'm glad!" I said as I continued to watch the concert..

The girls ended the performance and everyone applaud them as they got out of the stage..

"Guys let's go to the backstage area to pick up (y/n)!" Yuna said
"Are guys allowed there?" I asked
"Yeah I'm pretty sure awe are allowed in" yuki said
"Yeah yeah let's goo~" Yuna said as she dragged both of us to the backstage

When we entered the back stage.. I saw a lot of costumes and shining lights with a bunch of mirrors..
The room also smelled like makeup..

"Ah there she is! (Y/n)!" Yuki spotted (y/n) who was back in her hinata cosplay and she waved at us as we got to her spot
"(Y/n)!! You were sooo cool! You totally seemed like a real singer!" Yuna said as she tackled (y/n)
"Haha I'm glad you enjoyed it!" She said
"Yeah you did good! I took a bunch of pictures of you by the way.. and I also recorded the performance of course!" Yuki said
"You were really amazing back there.. I'm proud!" I said and (y/n) smiled
"Thanks guys.. I wouldn't have really participated if it wasn't for you guys" (y/n) said
"Heyyyy it's time for the fireworks!!" Yuna exclaimed
"Fireworks?" Me and (y/n) asked in unison
"Yeah it's a new thing in the school" yuki said
"They let something dangerous like that?" I asked
"Yeah that's pretty sus.. but I want to see fireworks so I'm in!" (Y/n) said dragging Yuna with her and me and yuki followed them along
