3rd Person POV
A Few Days Later
Winter walked to Y/N's hospital room, where he laid still unconscious. The doctors had been able to surgically remove the bullet without it causing anymore problems. Now it was just the waiting game, waiting for Y/N to regain consciousness and wake up. As Winter entered the room, she noticed Violet and someone else were already there. Winter paused by the door and said, "I hope I'm not intruding." The other person, which was Saffron, turned and said, "Not at all. You must be Winter. Come on in." Winter entered the room and said, "You've heard of me?" Saffron nodded and said, "The General told me that you were the one my brother took that bullet for." Winter nodded and said, "Yep." Violet then noticed Winter and said, "Hi, Miss Winter." Winter smiled and said, "Hello again, Violet." Saffron smiled and said, "Well, I need to get Violet to school before she's late. It was nice meeting you, Winter." Winter nodded and said, "You too."
A Couple Hours Later
Your POV
I woke up in a hospital bed with bandages wrapped around my chest. I slowly sat up and saw a Get Well Soon card from Violet. I smiled and heard someone walk into the room. I looked up and saw Winter standing by the door. I smirked and said, "Last time, weren't we in the opposite roles?" She chuckled lightly and said, "Yes, I believe we were. How are you feeling?" I shrugged and replied, "I've been worse." She rolled her eyes and said, "Thanks for saving me again. I guess I owe you again." I smiled and said, "Don't worry about it." She sighed and said, "So do you know whose robots we were fighting?" I nodded and said, "Dr. Merlot. But he got away." Winter nodded and said, "I see. Well, we both made it back." I smiled and said, "Right." Winter looked at me and said, "I'll go tell the General that you're awake. I'm sure that he'll be relieved to hear that. See you later." Then she left the room. When she left, I sighed quietly to myself and heard a familiar voice say, "I'm not blind, you know. I can tell how much you truly care about her." I turned my head to see my sister standing in the corner of the room. She walked over to me and said, "And I don't think Tera would mind if you moved on." I rolled my eyes and said, "Winter and I are just colleagues, friends at most." Saffron rolled her eyes as she shook her head and replied, "You literally took a bullet for her." I shook my head and said, "And I'm sure she would've done the same for me or anyone else." My sister crossed her arms and said, "Whatever you say, bro. Just remember, you can't lie to sister. My semblance lets me know when you're lying." I rolled my eyes and said, "You and your Lie Detector Semblance." She smirked and left.
I know that this chapter was shorter than the others but I was running out of ideas for this chapter. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this chapter.
