Your POV
As we got off the Bullhead, I said, "So I'll pick you up at 6, okay?" She nodded and said, "Sounds fine." I smiled and said, "Great, I'll see you then." Then we parted ways and I headed home. When I got there, I was greeted by my daughter saying, "Daddy! You're back!" I bent over, picked her up, and said, "There's my girl!" Saffron walked in and said, "You seemed awfully chipper. Did something happen?" I smiled and said, "Hey, Violet. Could you give Daddy and Aunt Saffron a moment alone?" Violet nodded and said, "Okay." Then she went to play in her room. Once she left, Saffron said, "Okay, spill it. What happened?" I smiled and said, "I asked Winter out and she said yes. I've got a date with her tonight." Saffron smirked and said, "I told you she'd say yes." I rolled my eyes and went upstairs to take a shower. After I finished my shower and had gotten myself ready for the date. I was wearing my usual outfit, but my undershirt was tucked in this time. I checked my Scroll and saw that it was almost 6. As I got to the door, Violet ran up to me and said, "Daddy, where are you going?" I smiled warmly and said, "I'm going to spend some time with Winter and take her out to dinner." Violet looked at me confused and said, "But don't you spend time with her on your missions?" I kissed Violet on the head and ruffled her hair as I said, "It's not the same. You'll understand when you're older. Trust me." She shrugged her shoulders and I drove off in my car. I stopped at Winter's apartment and knocked on the door. She answered it wearing a nice but casual dress, but I noticed how beautiful she looked in her dress, and said, "You look amazing in that. Shall we go to dinner now?" She nodded in reply. We got into my car and I drove us towards the restaurant. When we got there, we got a table and sat down. Winter gave me a smile and said, "Y/N, this place is amazing." While we were waiting for our food, Winter said, "So, Y/N, if you don't mind me asking, did you have that scar across your eye before or after you lost your team?" I sighed and said, "Before, I got it before I just after I graduated from Atlas Academy. Let me just say this, never underestimate the willpower of a drunk guy with a sword. But it's all good, we're great friends now." She chuckled lightly and said, "Well, that's good." We got our food and continued to share stories about ourselves with each other.
Before we knew it, it was already very late. I drove back to her apartment and she said, "I had a wonderful time with you tonight. Since it's pretty late, would you like to spend the night?" I smiled and said, "Sure, I don't mind crashing on your couch, unless..." She smiled as she blushed and said, "I mean I wouldn't mind sleeping together. But just sleeping." I smirked and said, "If you want to, I don't mind." I followed her into the apartment and she closed the door behind us. Then she looked at me and said, "Y/N. I think I love you." I smirked and gently planted my lips onto hers. She was taken aback at first, but melted into the kiss and kissed me back. She wrapped her arms around my neck, deepening the kiss. I wrapped my arms around her waist and we both shared a long passionate kiss together. When we parted for air, I looked into her beautiful slate-blue eyes and said, "I love you too, Snow Angel." She smiled and said, "I'm going to get changed into my sleepwear. I let you know when you can come in the room." I nodded and waited until she gave me the all clear. When she opened the door, I saw that she was wearing a pale blue nightgown and she had undone her hair. I smiled and said, "God, you're beautiful."She smiled and said, "If you want to sleep in your underwear to be comfortable, I wouldn't mind. As long as we can sleep comfortably together." I nodded and got undressed down to my underwear. I laid down on the bed and Winter climbed in next to me. She laid her head on my bare chest and said, "Goodnight, Y/N. I love you." I smiled as I wrapped my arms around her waist and replied, "Goodnight, Winter. I love you too." Then we both drifted off to sleep in each other's arms.
