As the robots pointed their guns at us, Winter and I got back to back with our weapons ready. Winter said, "You ready?" I smirked and said, "You know it. Let's kick some robot chassis!" She gave a nod as we both began to fight and take out the robots. As we fought the bots, more and more kept showing up.
3rd Person POV
Y/N swung his sword which blocked the robot's fist and cut the machine in half. He continues to slice up and kick back at a few of the robots with Phoenix Fury. Winter's Aura breaks as she gets disarmed and falls to the ground. She looks up to see herself held at gunpoint by 10 bots. Suddenly, their heads are cut clean off, surprising surprising her. As the smoke cleared, she saw that Y/N had taken care of the bots. But before she could react, 15 more bots appeared from behind him. They knocked him on head, causing him to lose consciousness. As the bots dragged him off hurriedly, Phoenix Fury falls from his grasp and the HCA falls off his ear as well. After the bots carried him a distance, they stopped and one of them search for Y/N's Scroll, found it, and threw it onto the ground. Then another bot shot the Scroll, destroying it so it couldn't be tracked. Then the bots turned and carried Y/N's still unconscious body in a completely different direction.

Your POV
I woke up and held my head. I looked around and noticed that I was in some type of jail cell. I felt for my Scroll but didn't find it, nor did I find my HCA. I hope that whoever brought me here didn't get their hands on my HCA. I reached into the inside pocket of my jacket and pulled out a photo.

I smiled weakly at the photo of my daughter and said to myself, "I will see you again." I wiped away a tear and put the photo back into my jacket pocket. After a few minutes, I heard footsteps approaching the cell. I looked up and saw an elderly man with disheveled gray hair, a matching mustache and beard and prominent eyebrows. His left eye was robotic and glowed red and around it are noticeable claw marks. His right arm was also robotic and was dark and metallic and had red inner circuits. He wore a light gray jacket with a high collar and a red shirt underneath. On each sleeve of the jacket was a dark gray hexagon shape. He looked at me and said, "Well, I must say, it's an honor to meet you, Phoenix." I rolled my eyes and said, "Let's see. Robotic eye, robotic arm, gray hair. Let me guess, Dr. Merlot?" He looked at me slightly impressed and said, "So you've heard of me?" I rolled my eyes and said, "Yeah, and your failed Grimm experiments. So what do you want with me?" He smiled and said, "I have a big experiment in mind for you. But luckily for you, it's not ready yet. So until it is, you'll just have to hang tight." Then I heard an alarm start blaring and Merlot said, "Oh, dear. It appears that your friend has destroyed the rest of my bots that I had left to guard the perimeter. So I guess I best make my escape while you wait for your friend to rescue you. But trust me, you haven't seen the last of me." Then he ran off and disappeared down the corridor.
After a few minutes, I saw the wall opposite my cell get blown down. When the dust cleared, I saw Winter standing there with my HCA on. She cut the lock on my cell and said, "Thank goodness, you're alright. Oh, and here." She handed me Phoenix Fury and my HCA. I smiled and said, "Thanks for rescuing me. I guess we're even now." She smiled briefly and said, "We're not done yet, there's still tons of bots to take down before we're in the clear. I called Ironwood for backup when I found your weapon and your HCA. I'm sure you can get a new Scroll when we get back to Atlas." I nodded as I readied my weapon and said, "Okay, let's take out this sentient trash." Winter nodded and we both started taking down the bots. While fighting them, I saw one of the bots had an opening and was about to shoot Winter. I sliced the bot in half before it could take the shot, and we continued to fight until our backup arrived. When our backup arrived, they took out the remaining bots and secured the base. Winter turned to me and said, "Well, that went well. I'm glad that you're not hurt." I smirked and saw one of the bots that was still slightly functioning twitch slightly. I saw it raise its gun to shoot Winter but before it could, I pushed her to the side as I jumped in front of her and intercepted the the bullet with my body, with the bullet hitting me in the chest. I hit the ground and everything went dark.
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. I had some slight difficulties with coming up with ideas for parts of this chapter as I was writing it. But I'm glad with how it turned out. Master out.
