Eliza didn't "steal" Alexander from Laurens. Think about it. In the time period, even if Eliza and Alexander didn't get married, and John didn't have a wife, they couldn't have gotten married or anything like that. Not everything is about Lams, and erasing Hamliza will do nothing for your cause. Eliza was an incredible woman, and did amazing things. So I will not tolerate her being reduced to "the girl who stole Alexander from Laurens".
