*Dogpound's POV*
I growled. "Master Shredder, shouldn't we just finish these turtles while we can? Obviously she isn't coming, she got scared," I pleaded.
"Bradford..." Master warned. He went to continue, but the light on the control panel went off.
My ears also heard it. The silent alarm was going off.
"You were saying," he replied, pushing a button. "Get all men out to find the intruders. Now!"
I smiled. Finally some fun.

*Leo's POV*
"Kitanna?" Did she just faint?
"Hey!" I shook her shoulder and checked for a pulse.
She was breathing, but she didn't respond to my voice. I tried slapping her, but that didn't do anything.
I had to stay quiet, or we could be discovered.
"Wake up!" I hissed.
At that, her eyes flew open. "What happened?" She gasped.
"You blacked out," I explained.
She clutched her head. "These things are becoming more physical every time they happen. But no matter. We have to go that way, turn left twice and climb up the vent stairwell. That will lead us straight to your brothers."
I sat looking at her in shock. "Are you sure you are feeling up to it? You just..."
She smiled slightly. "I think I'll be fine. These things just show me events that may occur in the future. Physically and mentally."
"O...kay..." I replied. I began down the way she told me to go, her following close behind.
Then it struck me. If she just fainted... what was going to happen to her? All she saw was black...
I gulped. I wouldn't let that happen.

*Kitanna's POV*
"Which way now?" Leo asked.
"Up," I said, pointing. "The vent should lead to our destination."
He looked up the draft. "How are supposed to get up there?" He questioned.
"It's not that high," I pointed out. "Just jump."
"If you say so," he replied, readying himself to jump.
He bent his legs and leapt up, grabbed onto the ledge of the next path. He pulled himself up easily, and moved on so I had room to get up there.
I went to jump, but something nicked at my ears. I listened carefully and heard...
Footsteps. In the ventilation chambers?
"Leo!" I called quietly.
"What?" He replied.
"We have some unexpected company following us," I stated, jumping up next him.
His eyes widened. "We have to move. Now."
The vents were tall enough for us to stand, so we pushed on running through as silent as we could.
We ran until light showed at the end of the vents. We came to a halt and calmed our breathing. I pulled my hood up to blend into the shadows, Leo hid in the corner.
"Now what?" He mouthed.
I pointed my index and middle finger at my eyes and then pointed them through the gate. The signal to watch.
He nodded and pushed himself up next to the barred gate. I did the same, being careful not to move the gate that much.
"...I am growing impatient with you, Bradford. The child will be back, and we can dispose of her and the three that are left." Shredder.
I growled low and soft. I loathed that man.
"Master, we should at least get rid of one of them! With the eldest gone, I say we take the strongest one's life next," Bradford suggested.
Leo and I gasped in sinc. I felt something in me for the first time in a long time. Fear.
We glanced at each other and continued listening.
"I'll be surprised if she doesn't show up, after all the stories you've told," Stockman spoke up. "She seems like a legit 'heroine'. If my experiment doesn't get to be tested on that... that... that half mutant, then what was the purpose of me building it?!"
"Silence!" Shredder bellowed. "If she does not show, we will take it that she was killed battling the soldiers and dispose of the little brats. Give her an hour. Then you can do as you wish to the turtles."
I felt fear building higher and higher. I had to sacrifice myself no matter what. But we needed a plan so the brothers would all get out alive.
We backed away from the vent door and pondered for a moment.
"What should we do?" I questioned.
Leo was silent. Then he whispered, "Get out of here."
He pointed to the end of the vent walkway. I looked to see a lot of foot soldiers standing there, weapons drawn.
We stood to fight, but they were already running at us. We fended off the first few, but then became over powered.
They came close, one kicked Leo through the vent gate, sending him right into the middle of the room.
"No!" I cried.
A soldier took the opportunity to pound their fist into my injured shoulder. I gasped and clutched it tightly. Another kicked me the same route they kicked Leo.
I felt furry hands lift me up after I hit the ground. I looked over to see Leo struggling to get out of the Shredder's grasp. We locked eyes and spoke through them.
We were caught.
