*Karai's POV*
I slowly walked into father's throne room. I tried my best to stay straight as if I had seen nothing, but inside I was shaking. Did my sister live? What if father found out?
"Daughter, good to see you home," father greeted more cheerful than usual.
"Father," I replied, kneeling.
"I have the most delightful news. We are one step closer to defeating Hamato Yoshi." He went on to tell me about what had happened. Every bone cracking and all.

*Mikey's POV*
I couldn't believe that I was the only on that found out Splinter's plan and found his second daughter! I thought being smart was Donnie's thing!
I really wanted to tell the other two. Leo found out himself, so I technically didn't break my promise. I don't even know if he believed me in the first place.
"Guys! Donnie's got something!" Raph hollered from the lab.
I rushed in along with April, Casey who was leaning on her for support, and Leo.
"What did you find?" Leo asked.
"Kitanna's DNA has strengthened, just as April said. But the chemical I used on her also sped up the mutation that Shredder put in her all that time ago. That's why she has cat ears, and the roar," Donnie explained.
"But what about the chemical itself? If the Foot finds out its strengthening, they might dump it all on themselves," Leo pointed out.
"The last of the chemical was soaked into Kitanna's cut when she was sweeping up the glass," Donnie cleared up.
"But the damage done to my body was exceeding what even an advanced mutation can heal. So, forgive me, how am I still alright?" Kitanna questioned.
"Another chemical was found on your body... do you remember anything while laying on the floor?" Donnie asked back.
"Of course she doesn't, brainiac! She...!" Raph was cut off.
"Actually, I do. My sister... she came in and... well, healed me with a tonic. The rest isn't important," she said.
"That explains why your molecular make up is so built up right now. Maybe you should help April take Casey to a hospital. We'll see if we can find out any more," Donnie urged, basically pushing Kitanna, April and Casey out.
"Alright, make sure to keep us up to speed, though," Kitanna stated walking out with the others.
Raph waited for them to leave to say, "What the heck was that about?!"
"Sorry, I just didn't want them hearing," Donnie apologized.
"Hearing what?" I asked.
"Kitanna's DNA isn't only mutated, it's also changing. Right now she has three DNA donors of traits. One from Tang Shen, one from Oroku Saki, and one from..." he swallowed. "Hamato Yoshi."

*April's POV*
Well that was rude. I guess Casey did need to get somewhere to get help.
We walked along the sides of the sewer until we came to a manhole entrance.
"Wait here," Kitanna stated before climbing the ladder. She poked her head out to make sure the coast was clear.
She pushed the hole cover away and crawled out onto the street. I helped Casey over to the ladder where Kitanna pulled him up with shaky arms.
"Wow, great way to tell a guy he's big boned," Casey teased.
"And big mouthed," Kitanna retorted.
I climbed out after them and sealed the exit. Normally the sound of the city at this time of night was silent, but all you could hear now was people buzzing and police cars wailing.
"What's going on?" I asked out loud.
"I do not know, but our best bet is to stay away from the commotion," Kitanna pointed out. "Which way to your place, Jones?"
Casey snorted. "Through the commotion," he bugged.
"Well, let's just go around them. We can just walk by and have them not notice," I suggested.
"That may work, but first..." Kitanna pulled up her hood. "Just in case."
I nodded and we took Casey in the direction of the lights and noise.
As we pulled closer to the noise, I noticed Kitanna get tense.
"You alright?" I directed towards her.
"Yes, just a little worried..." she trailed off as she saw the scene ahead.
There were cop cars, ambulances, firetrucks, news vans, zoo vans... And all types of other vehicles you could imagine.
"Why are there zoo people here?" Casey asked between us.
"Good question," I replied.
"We must hurry," Kitanna stated, her eyes glowing yellow slightly.
We quickly pulled Casey along the edge of the crowd. I couldn't help but hear some of the crowd conversations.
"...I heard it was illegally transported, and then the owner let it loose!"
"...Did any other zoo animals get out?"
"...Easy for you to say! My entire glass figurine selection shattered!"
"What is going on here?" Casey questioned.
"April, you must listen. Take your hair out of the pony tail and cover your eyes with it," Kitanna said over the voices.
"O-kay..." I replied hesitantly. I took my hair out and messed it over my eyes.
Just then a camera crew showed up in front of us.
Uh oh.
