*Raph's POV*

I left the lair, heavy at heart. Kitanna could be hurt or worse. What was in that elixir Donnie made? Was it harmless to half mutants?

"Raph!" Mikey yelled.

"Huh?" I shook out of my trance. I paused.

Mikey pointed to where I was standing: right on the edge of the building.

"You okay, bro?" He asked.

I sighed. "Yeah, fine."

"You sure? You don't seem..."

"Guys! Be quiet! They're right there!" Leo hissed silently.

I growled and walked over to the edge. The Dragons were picking up odd boxes full of mechanical parts and placing them in the back of a white van.

"Why would they need that much metal?" Leo asked.

"Maybe they like heavy metal?" Mikey joked.

I slapped the back of his head.

"Ouch!" He whispered, rubbing his head.

I smirked in victory and turned my attention back to the Dragons.

"...And master Shredder will be pleased with these deliveries, right Bradford?" One of the Dragons asked.

"Of course he will," he replied with his usual 'with me that is' voice.

"What does he need all this junk for, anyway?!" Another shouted, throwing another box in the van.

"An experiment that will diminish that traitor for good," Dogpound replied. "And, as a plus, the turtles." He grinned his wolffish grin.

I growled. "Why doesn't he just leave Kitanna alone?!" I whispered.

"Well, she did commit treason..." Donnie pointed out.

"And that doesn't tolerate on Shredder's terms," Leo finished.

After a few minutes of silence, I asked, "Okay, fearless leader, what's the plan?"

"It doesn't seem like they're doing anything horrid, so I think we should follow and see where they go," Leo said silently.

"What?! That's stupid! We should attack these jerks before they get a chance to make that... machine or whatever!" I retaliated.

"Raph, we need to..." Leo began, but I cut him off.

"No. I'm going down there, and see if any of you guys can stop me," I said, leaping over the side of the building.

*Leo's POV*

Why does he never listen? I though he was calmed down! Graaahhh!

I sighed. "Well, we can't leave him down there alo-" I was cut off by a piece of metal flying right by our heads.

"What was that?!" Donnie questioned.

A few seconds later Raph climbed back up to the top with a piece of paper in his hands.

We were silent for a moment before he spoke. "They're planing on making some sort of device, alright." he handed the paper to Donnie.

As Donnie read the paper, I couldn't help but ask, "How did you get that? I didn't hear anything at all!"

Raph shrugged. "They just... disappeared. Vanished. No smoke bomb, nothing."

"So now we're believing fairy tales," I said in disgust. That couldn't have happened... could it?

"Well, they were there one second, the next they were gone," he argued.
