*Raph's POV*
"So why were you fighting April?" I asked.
"I wasn't really fighting her. She needed a demonstration, so I gave her one. I also took the liberty of teaching her how to dodge it as well," Kitanna replied.
"Wow, that's nice of you." Idiot! I thought I wasn't going to become like Donnie! "I'm sorry Leo did that," I said.
He was going to have the green slapped off of him. Kitanna had bruises on her stomach, arms, legs and one large one by her eye, which was once again yellow and pupils slitted. That made me mad, heck, more than mad.
"No need for apologies, Leonardo was just being-" she began.
I cut her off. "An idiot. He shouldn't have approached you like that! Even I wouldn't do that to someone!" I shouted. I noticed Leo flinch and look our way. I glared him down.
Guess who won.
"Raph, I have forgiven Leonardo. There is no need to live in the past," she explained.
It didn't help me much. "But Leo hurt..."
I was interrupted by Donnie's lab. There was a huge explosion, sending glass and chemicals flying.
"Oh no!" Donnie squealed as he ran to his precious home away from home.
Kitanna stood and followed him to the lab. I didn't know what to do so I followed him too.
As Donnie frantically ran around to make sure nothing was severely messed up, Kitanna asked, "Which experiment was it?"
Donnie slowed down. He took a deep breath and walked over to the "boomed" experiment. "This one... the retro mutagen for any mutant! It could separate their two sides, such as if it was poured on... Mikey, for example. It would split him into a turtle and a human. It was stabilized! How could it have blown up?"
Little did we know there was a small robotic mouse running out of the lab and running into the sewer.

*Baxter's POV*
"Alright, I already took the liberty of destroying that retro mutagen, what else could you want?" I asked.
"I want that girl dead," the deep voice bellowed from Master Shredder.
"Forgive me, but what has she done?" I responded.
He slammed his fist onto the table. I grabbed my laptop from slamming into the ground.
"That child disobeyed me. She betrayed me! Now she fights for the enemy, which makes her an enemy," he shouted.
"Okay, okay! I'll make the device as requested! Just please give me time!" I pleaded.
Shredder sighed. "Fine. Take the time you need."
"Ah, thank you Master Shredder! You won't be disappointed!" I replied.
"Good. Make sure that this device sucks the mutagen right out of anything. We'll see who gets the short end of the blade now," he replied unsheathing his gauntlet.
I gulped and left the room. I walked out of the building and headed towards my stakeout.
Whatever mutant gets stuck in this trap I'm going to make is never going to be the same.

*Kitanna's POV*
"Donnie, how important was this experiment?" I asked.
"Well, I was going to use it to turn enemies into their selves before the mutant," Donnie replied.
I understood, but the look on Raph's face showed his confusion.
"I was going to turn bad people back to their normal self," Donnie pronounced.
"Ok, but why would you do that?" Raph asked.
"I would do that because their mutant forms give them stronger abilities then their human form," Donnie explained.
I had an odd question. "What about half mutants?"
"Why?" He asked back.
I showed him my hand. Some of the liquid was sitting in my hand. I was a little worried. The boys' eyes grew wide.
"I-I honestly don't know... do you feel odd?" Donnie asked.
I thought for a moment, staring at the liquid. "Honestly, no. I feel no different then I have before," I replied.
They both breathed a sigh of relief.
"I guess you can't split a half mutant into a quarter mutant," Raph stated.
"As long as we don't touch it, we should be fine," Donnie stated. "Would you mind picking this up, Kitanna? You and April might be the only people immune to it."
"Of course," I replied, scooping up the glass shards and a little puddle of the goop. I grabbed a plate and place the contents in my hand onto it. I then grabbed a sponge and soaked up the chemical while the two brothers fought.
"Donnie, why are you treating her like a lab assistant?! She just got hurt again and you ask her to..." Raph began.
"Raph, she's fine! It's not like she hates science, unlike you! Plus, if I recall, that chemical I made was able to split mutants in half. Not half mutants," Donnie retaliated.
The bickering continued as I picked up more of the mess. While doing so, I felt someone... watching me? Nonsense. Why would someone watch me? Paranoia.
"Ouch," I whispered as a glass shard cut into my hand. I thought it was fine, until I set it down in the chemical. It burned. I held in a screech and blew on the cut.
Then the unthinkable happened. The burning stopped. The chemical fused itself into my skin through the wound. My hand glowed purple for a moment before the color dissolved into my skin.
Everything began to grow louder and louder. The fighting was getting out of control. I tried to yell to stop it, but a wave of nausea flowed over me. I tried desperately to keep myself up, but I swayed and fell to the floor.
Let's just say, I couldn't get up.
