Queen - Under Pressure
This morning wasn't easy for Fred. He's been having really peculiar dreams lately, due to which he would wake up exhausted. There was a girl. He knew that. But he couldn't recall her face, her name, or any of her features. She seemed very curious, however, as she asked him a multitude of various question. When he opened his eyes, he felt as if he'd run a marathon in his sleep.
"Breakfast's ready!" he heard a voice coming from downstairs. "Come on, you all have work to do today!"
It was his mother, Molly. Fred knew that she's been awake for a long time by now, cleaning the house and cooking meals for his big family. There were seven of them at the moment at home, because two of his brothers have already moved away and settled down somewhere else.
Fred sat down on the bed and saw that his twin brother was putting a green, long sleeve shirt on. George and he were inseparable. They did everything together since he could remember, and sometimes they even finished each other's sentences. That is why Fred wasn't surprised at all when George thew an identical shirt to him.
"You look dead," George said when Fred was getting dressed.
"Still more handsome than you," Fred replied in a caustic voice.
George smiled at him and waited at the door, so that they could go downstairs together.
Most of their family were already in the kitchen eating porridge. Arthur Weasley, their father seemed to be in a hurry, which wasn't surprising at all He was about to start his working day in the Ministry. Ron and Ginny, their younger siblings, were chatting about something and Percy, the eldest sibling present, ate silently reading a hefty book.
"Sit," ordered Molly and poured some porridge into two identical bowls. Fred yawned and sat down. "What have you been doing at night again?"
"Nothing, mum," Fred answered and yawned again.
"Fred, you're lying me in the eyes," she said in a warning voice. "Look at your face. You look as if you didn't sleep at all! Did you steal the car again?!"
Both Fred and George started eating, when their dad stood up and put his bowl into the sink. He looked at a watch on his wrist.
"Time for me," he said and kissed his wife on the chick. "Be nice to your mum," he added looking at the twins and left the house through the back door. A moment later, they could hear the roar of his flying Ford's engine and, in a minute, complete silence again.
"He's been dreaming about a girl" George explained.
Molly put her hands on her hips and waited for Fred to say something.
"Not like that!" he said when he realized what his brother suggested. Molly gave them a suspicious look.
"Fred has a girlfriend!" Ginny screamed. "That's gross! How could she choose you?"
"Freddie's in love!" Ron echoed quickly. "Fred and his girlfriend are sitting on a tree! Are they going to kiss?!"
Molly ordered them to go work in the garden, but when they left, they could still hear them singing love songs. Fred rested his head on his arm and started moving his food around his bowl. It looked nothing like him. Normally, Fred would answer his siblings with a joke, or maybe even started singing with them. Both Molly and George noticed that something was wrong with him. She sat down on a chair on his right.
"I can see that something is wrong, dear," she said worried. "Did she break your heart? And why didn't you tell me about her earlier?"
"Mum," George said. "He doesn't have a girlfriend. You know he would brag around about her all the time. Remember Angelina Johnson?"
