Lyssie, Harry and the Weasleys walked through the wall between the platforms nine and ten and got to the parking spots right behind the station. Lyssie haven't really thought of how they are going to travel to the Weasley's house. They stopped next to a light-blue Ford Anglia. The car looked a little run down and rather small.

"How are we going to...?" Lyssie asked as Arthur put all their luggage into the car and eight people got inside. She looked at them with her eyes opened wide.

"Come on," Fred said and made some room for her on the back sit. She sat down and noticed that the vehicle looked huge now. Arthur was sitting on the driver's seats, Molly and Ginny took the place in the front and the rest sat in the back. The car looked the same from the outside, but it somehow expanded in the inside and nobody seemed to question it.

Mr. Weasley started the engine, and they left the parking lot. Then, they drove through the main streets and quickly turned into a narrow alley on the right. Arthur pushed one of the buttons and, to Lyssie's surprise, the car started raising.

"Are we flying?" Lyssie asked shocked.

"We sure are!" Arthur answered enthusiastically. "What do you think? I worked on this baby for a long time!"

"It's amazing!" she replied, and Arthur laughed. "But can't people see us?"

"No, we're invisible right now. We just have to watch out for the planes."

They travelled for a little over an hour when the car began to go down. They were flying lower and lower, and Lyssie could see more of their surroundings. It was quite late, so she didn't see much of the house at first, but as they were getting closer to the ground, she could examine all the details of it.

The Weasley's residence was the most peculiar building she has ever seen. It looked as if it's been built out of many parts which didn't fit together at first, but then, started to make much more sense. The house wasn't very big, but she could tell that it had many floors. Some of them were made of stone, while the others had colorful wooden walls. There was also a big garden with a garage and a vegetable garden. Lyssie couldn't see much of the house's surroundings, because it was so dark. She noticed that there were some fields around and it seemed that the building was in the middle of nowhere. Lyssie thought that the house could definitely appear in one of those programs about unusual houses that she saw on TV one day.

Mr. Weasley parked the car in the front yard and everyone, one by one, got out of the vehicle. The boys took all the trunks and carried them inside. Lyssie walked right behind them with Molly and Ginny, letting Arthur park the car in the garage.

"You must be starving," Molly said as they all entered the kitchen.

The house inside looked like the coziest cottage Lyssie has ever seen. The interior was mostly wooden and there were all kinds of magical gadgets and books around. On the walls, she notices multiple photos of the Weasleys. There was Ron working in the garden, the twins flying on the brooms, the whole family on a holiday with some pyramids in the background and many more.

Everyone sat at the huge kitchen table and Molly started putting food in front of them. She took a huge pot of vegetable stew from the fridge and warmed it up with a spell. There was also an enormous plate of bread to go with it and some water for everyone. In the meantime, Arthur joined them. Ginny volunteered to plate the food and soon everyone started eating. Lyssie has never eaten such a delicious meal in her life. Her dad couldn't cook, that was obvious, but even the amazing foods at Hogwarts couldn't compare with Mrs. Weasley's cooking.

"Fred, I cannot believe you haven't told us about Lyssie before," Molly scolded. She was leaning against the kitchen counter and collecting the plates. "We don't even have a Christmas gift for you, darling." She looked at her apologetically.
