Lyssie usually spent the New Year's Eve with her dad only. They would watch some TV together or play a board game first. Then, when midnight came, they went outside to watch the fireworks. Once, even their neighbor, Ms. Turner came to have some champagne with them, but usually there were just two of them. She knew that teenagers usually go to a party on that day, but, having no friends her age, she never had a chance to do it. Due to that, she didn't enjoy that day to much. There was nothing special in it, after all.

Now, however, she was in the house full of her peers and from the moment she woke up, she knew that it was going to be a day to remember.

"Just please, no stupid ideas," Molly said as she was putting on her coat. "Fred, George." She gave them a warning look.

"Mum, you know us," George replied. "We would never do anything against the rules!"

Fred smiled hearing that.

"Bill, Charlie, you're in charge tonight," Arthur said. He already had his jacket on and was standing with his hand on the doorknob of the front door.

"Remember that we're not going far," Mrs. Weasley added. "We'll see the house burning."

George waved them goodbye and closed the door.

"So, which stupid idea do you want to start with, Freddie?" he asked looking through the window at their parents walk further away from the house.

Everyone was in the living room, where Bill placed various snacks, he managed to collect from everybody in the house. There were some crisps, way too much candy and a couple of bottles of pumpkin juice. In the middle of the table stood three bottles of champagne. Normally, Mr. and Mrs. Weasley would let their children drink alcohol, but they though that a symbolic glass of champagne on New Year's Eve would be appropriate.

"Blast some good music, Georgie!" Fred ordered.

George looked through the collection of vinyl records they had on one of the shelved and chose one. Then, he put in on the gramophone and some rock music started playing. It definitely weren't the Weird Sisters Lyssie heard on the Yule Ball, but she still liked the song a lot.

They ate some of the snacks, drank all the juice there was and danced to the songs George played. Lyssie was having a lot of fun with the Weasleys and she pointed out that it was way better than the New Year's Eves with her dad only.

"Who wants to play truth or dare?" George asked about eleven in the evening.

Everyone agreed enthusiastically and they all sat down on the floor in a circle. Percy was the only one who remained sat on an armchair. He preferred to be in his room now, but he felt obliged to watch them and inform their parents about any incidents. One of the empty juice bottles landed in the middle. Lyssie was familiar with this game, of course, but she has never played it before and felt a bit nervous.

First, Charlie spined the bottle and it landed on Harry.

"Truth or dare?" Ron asked. Potter agreed to a dare, which was quite predictable, knowing him and Charlie dared him to stand on his head. He got up and tried to do it but failed miserably. Everyone agreed to accept this trial and the game continued.

Then, Ginny was dared to write a letter to Dean Thomas telling him that she loves his toes, and the bottle landed on Harry again. He had to run upstairs for more crisps in under a minute and this time, he was successful. Then, George chose truth and had to tell everyone an embarrassing story from his childhood. All the Weasleys knew that he once peed his pants on Diagon Alley but Harry and Lyssie found it very amusing.

Then George spined the bottle and it landed on Lyssie.

"Truth or dare?" he asked. She thought for a second and answered:
