"I thought you were on Asgard..." you practically whisper, looking to the floor.
"You wouldn't know, its been what, 80 plus years since you left. For the second time." Thor's gaze was cold as you met his eyes.
"I had to go, Odin practically banished me, so much for a father." You saw his anger falter momentarily before it returned.
"We could've helped, I could have helped." You glance around at the rest if the people in the room, feeling uncomfortable about them hearing this.
"I didn't want to be the reason you lost your home, not then, not now. But I do need help." You move over towards them, grabbing their hands, feeling the warmth of their touch, feeding the hunger within you for connection. Before it was torn away once more as Thor pulled away. It hurt you but you understood, it was hard to let people in again after you had lost too much already. The risk was a hard one to take. As he did, you felt a sudden sharp pain in your neck, reaching your had up and turning slightly, no one was close enough to reach you, but a guy across the room was holding a syringe, emptied. Your vision begins to blur and your knees give way form beneath you and the last thing you see is Loki, rushing to catch yoh as you lose consciousness.

"Hey doll, it's been a while." You look over to see Bucky stood smiling at you, the life having returned to his eyes. You practically jump on him as you wrap your arms around his shoulders, taking a deep breath, his scent surrounding you completely.
"How are you- is this real?" You feel his arms wrap around you, the sensation felt so real, you began to question reality. If this was a dream, you never wanted to wake up knowing it would be in a world without Bucky.
"You need to know you can do it y/n, you just have to let people in. You'll find yourself again. You were never truly lost. Forever y/n, I meant it."

You felt yourself begin to wake up, distant voices echoing through the halls. You feel your head throbing as well as a deep ache that spread throughout your entire body. You got up, walking to the door, opening it quietly. You walk down the hall, the tiles were cold on your bare feet. You paused momentarily, listening to the discussion in the next room.
"I say she goes."
"You can't send her off in her own Tony, especially not after drugging her."
"Do you guys really want to deal with an army of people after her? I know I sure as hell dont!"
"Stark, you send my sister away again  and I will kill you."
"With what? Your daggers?"
"Okay, okay, why don't we just wait for her to wake up? At least let me make sure she's not hurt."

You turned, walking away, ending up sat in the roof, sat with your feet over the edge, watching the bustling streets below you.
"I'm sorry about my brother injecting you, it wasnt right." You turn, startled by the sudden voice, a beautiful red haired woman makes her way to sit beside you. "They're cautious when it comes to new people, they were the same with me and Pietro. I'm Wanda."
She gave you a smile, you looked back down at the cars.
"So much has changed here since I left. I'll be honest, it's all quite overwhelming." You sigh, picking at your nails.

"We'll help you on one condition; tell us why you have half the universe on your tail." You sigh, knowing you have no other options.
"Stark is it? Well you see theres this orb they all want and I just so happened to get it first." You're stood with Loki and Wanda, Thor is still giving you the silent treatment.
"No offence but is an orb really worth all this trouble?" You look over to Pietro, recognising him through the thick accent that was identical to Wanda's.
"It is considering it's the power stone." This caught everyone's attention, finally  appearing as though they wanted to hear you out.

"Hey, Mr. Stark! I saw your message, whats the problem." You turn to see a teenager slide in the room, freezing as he saw everyone gathered together. "Oh hi guys, is she the one you messaged about? Hi I'm Peter." You smile at the bashful kid, wishing you could go back to being just as innocent.
"Hey Peter." You give him a small wave before seeing Tony glaring at you, protective parent style, you stop and look towards "Captain America! Who would've thought you'd still be alive!" You laugh slightly thinking back to all of the awful cheesy posters. You hear someone laugh slightly with you.
"Nat, no." Steve had his arms crossed, rolling his eyes at you.
"What are you the goddess of then, I mean Thor has thunder and Loki, mischief." You turn back to Peter,
"Love. Oh and I can do this," you place a hand on Wanda, it beginning to glow as you close your eyes. You let go, slightly shocked at the waves of pain you felt, deciding not to bring that up and stay on her good side. "You're powerful. You also want to do right by the world, I wouldn't try so hard if I were you, the higher the expectations the more people want from you." You hear Thor scoff across the room, your eyes darting towards him.
"Let us look inside your mind. If you have nothing to hide and we should trust you, we can go do it now." You see Tony look smug, thinking he had found a way to prove you were up to no good, a loophole.
"Sure, let's go." You dont think as you say that, regretting letting it slip, but feeling the pleasure of seeing Tony's smirk fade. "I have nothing to hide..." you fight back the growing pit in your stomach which is screaming otherwise.
