Part 1 || 3 - Who's dropping me?

Tom and I completed that shot in one take. It was awkward. I didn't bring it up, neither did he. But what got over us? We are best friends; we can't do that. I still had a few scenes left for the day, so Tom took off for his trailer.

I sighed as Nina enhanced my makeup. I unlocked my phone to see a few missed calls from Rob. He was watching me just few minutes ago, what was so important? He didn't have to shoot any scenes today, as his first scene was with me.

Rob and I have also been friends for a long time, it was going to be awkward to shoot flirting, kissing and all that scenes with him. Luckily, I don't have to with Tom. I opened Rob's chat and texted him.

You called?

Yeah, where are you?

Set No. 2. Why?

Well, I am done for the day.
You still didn't tell me if you were driving home back with me?

Oh yeah. No, no, you carry on.
I already told Tom...
I'd be going home with him.
So, I'll see you at my place?

I waited a minute for his reply but it never came. I locked my phone and handed it to Nina.

"Y/N, scene's up!" Alfonso yelled and I entered the scene set. After taking 8 tries, I completed the last shot of the day. It was currently 9 PM. I hurried to my trailer and changed to my clothes.

I knocked on Tom's trailer but he didn't answer. I knocked again, yet no answer. I turned the knob and it was open. The trailer was dark, there was no sign of him. I got off the steps and headed to the parking lot.

I couldn't find him or his car. Where could he possibly be? I called him and he picked up within 2 rings.

"Hello?"

"Where are you?"

"What do you mean?"

"What I mean is, your trailer is empty, your car's gone and I can't find you"

"I'm home"

"What? You were my ride home, Tom"

"I-I thought Pattinson was driving you home. Didn't he ask-"

"I didn't say yes to him, because I drove here with you. And I didn't tell you to go home either"

"Why do you even need a ride? Your dad's already asking you to drive back and forth with a driver"

"Because I like being babied around" I replied rolling my eyes.

"Y/N, I'm already home-"

"Yeah, whatever" I said and hung up.

I looked around the parking lot and there were only a few cars left. I checked my messages to see if Rob had replied, he hadn't. I thought he might still be here, so I went to his trailer. Surprisingly, the lights were on. I knocked on the door and he opened up.

"Is your offer still up?" I asked sadly pursing my lips in a thin line.

"Aww, babycakes. Come on in. I was just packing up" he said pulling me into his trailer.

I sat down on the couch and put my bag down. He was setting the place up for his first scene. No one knows this but Rob likes to keep everything in perfect place, not clean but he needs everything to be perfect.

"I thought you were going with Tom" he said as he put some of his script's sheets in the drawer.

"Yeah, well, he thought I was going with you" I said swiping through Instagram.
