Part 6 || 10 - A Surprise Visit

Tom's POV

It was March of 2015, Y/N and I had been meeting a lot more, but just like Jade, she seemed distant as well. We were in her loft's balcony, it was snowing today, so I was stuck here, not that I mind. I'd be here with Y/N in my arms than anywhere else in the world. Y/N was talking looking at the view in front of us. She looked beautiful, we were both into the thick blanket, cuddling each other, even if it was cold, none of us wanted to go in. 

I'd be lying, if I didn't say she looked beautiful. We were 27, there was no sign of that age on Y/N's face, she still looked young, unlike the others. I mean we were young, but some of us did start to look old. Not just face, her body was perfect as well, she didn't look like she birthed a baby girl, ever. The day when I saw her on the last premiere, I was awestruck. She was right, I was checking her out, she looked really hot. 

We were sipping hot chocolate and I put the cup down. "Can you believe we're twenty seven, ugh, we sound old" she said shuddering making me smile. "Well, you look old" I joked making her jolt up from my chest. 

I was comfortable.

"Have you seen your face? You have a bit of stress lines on your forehead" I said pointing at her forehead, "And here are your smile lines-" she cut me off, "WHAT?" she quickly pulled out her phone and looked at herself in the camera. I started laughing as I saw her fumbling. "Argh! I hate you, Tom" she said hitting my arm.

"But you know, stay right here, I'll bring my camera, you look absolutely pretty" I said standing up, I quickly went in and pulled my camera out of my bag and went to the balcony. "I can't believe, we've never done this in your balcony, it's so beautiful" I exclaimed as I told her to sit up straight. She was wearing a white tight tank top with some grey sweats, I could see the goosebumps on her arms as the cold hit us.

"Okay, now, here, wear my glasses and face your back at me and turn your head around to see me and flash that beautiful smile of yours!" I pecked her cheek as she wore my glasses. I clicked hundreds of pictures of her and I loved her in everyone of it, she's angelic. 

She looked beautiful, so beautiful that I regretted for the first time to let her go when she confessed her love for me. I mean, not the first time, lately, when Jade's not near me or when we fight, the first person I always think about is Y/N. I imagine how different my life would be if Y/N and I would be together and in every scenario, it's better than Jade can ever make it. 

I know I shouldn't think like this, Jade's my girlfriend, she's just busy, that's all, I can find time, so can she. But I can't help and wonder, 'Can you love two people at the same time?'

Y/N's POV

I was working on my laptop on a July afternoon when my doorbell rang. "Pizza's here!" I said to myself happily and grabbed my purse and went to the door. I opened to find someone holding a beautiful bouquet of white roses in front of their face. "Babycakes home?" 

"Robert!" I dropped my purse and pulled him in a hug. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around me. I tightened the hug because it had been long since I saw him, almost two years. The last I saw of him properly, was at the premiere. "What are you doing here?" I said as I pulled away and invited him in. 

"Well, I think you'd be happy to know that I am here for another six months, for a movie shoot" he said as I took the roses from his hand. "That's great! And thank you for the roses" I said as I put them in some water. "So-" the doorbell rang again and I excused myself. "Thanks, Greg" I said to him and took the pizza in. 

"So, you're not busy?" I asked as I opened the box and we sat on my couch. "Oh, please, I can always make time for my babycakes" he said pecking my cheek. He's being nice. I smiled and we caught up on our lives. "So, where are you staying?" I asked standing up to throw the box. He followed me to the kitchen.
