Y/N's POV
It's been a month since I have been on set, or I have left the loft. Emma has been sleeping here since that day, even with my numerous pleas, she didn't leave me alone. Rupert and Dan have also been here. Our group found out about what happened with Tom. Even Nico and Stef paid me a visit. Tom had been calling everyday, leaving a tons of messages and voicemails, but lately, for a few days, he hasn't called nor texted.
I was currently in the kitchen with Emma making her my famous tea. "Seriously, Em, you need to go, I'm fine, besides, it's annoying that you're here all the time" I joked making her gasp dramatically. "How dare you Y/N Y/F/N Y/L/N?" she said putting a hand on her chest. "Oh, cut it! You know I'm joking" I said passing her some sugar.
"But seriously, jokes aside, you should go home, Jacqueline might be-"
"She's okay with me living her, more than okay. Plus I like it here, you know, away from my siblings, I love them but they annoy me a lot" she said sipping her tea. I was about to say something but my phone rang.
"Hi, Daddy!" I said and put it on speaker.
"Hey, pumpkin. Am I on speaker again? Cause your voice seems far away, just like you"
"Haha, yes, I'm in the kitchen with Emma, plus, you know I want to visit but I'm very busy" I lied making Emma roll her eyes.
"Hi, Emma, honey, how are you?"
"Hi, Mr. Y/L/N, I'm great, what about you?"
"I'm great too. Y/N, how are you liking the loft? You settled in?"
"Yeah, it's great, it's close to work-"
"You should've told me first thing, I would've fired Phil-"
"What? No, no, he's a great realtor, please, he did find me this beautiful loft but there's one thing, I miss you guys"
"We miss you too, pumpkin. Alright, I called to ask if you've been on set?"
Why is he asking this? What if he found out about the truth? I did tell him that I lost the apartment, so I lived with Tom for a while but not as to why I moved out of his place. I looked at Emma and raised my eyebrows, how does he know? And if he does, how much does he know?
"Y/N, you here?"
"Yeah, right here, sorry, yeah, I've been to the set, didn't I just say I've been busy?"
"Did Tom talk to you?"
Did he talk to my dad? What did he say? Oh God, help me.
"Erm, no, he's been busy as well, he has a major role in this movie, so, we haven't talked much, why are you asking?"
"Well, Peter called me" he paused for a second to let out a sigh, "Peter and Sharon are splitting up"
"What?" I looked at Emma and she looked at me.
"Yeah, erm, yeah, he called me a few days ago, but even I was busy, so I couldn't tell you, I thought Tom might've. He's clearly trying to drown himself in work, it is tough having divorced parents"
"Erm, sure, I'll call him-"
"No, no. You should visit him, okay? Promise me that you'll visit. When my parents split up, I was very alone, I couldn't cope up. Their parents getting divorced - some kids, it hits them hard. So, you'll visit him, okay?"
"Ok, I promise you"
"That's my babygirl! Come on, I've gotta go. I love you, pumpkin. Bye! Bye, Emma"
