"Maybe you need to reevaluate your life sometimes to see what you want to repeat"

Millie wasn't mad, she was just scared. Millie had always been protective of her sisters. "When is she coming back?" Millie fiddled with her fingers as an attempt to calm herself down and Madi hugged her. "She said probably 8:30, she will be okay. She promised to tell us everything and she'd be safe for you mill" Winona said calmly and Millie nodded as Madi let go of her. Millie was exhausted from her day with Sadie, she just wanted to pass out. "I'm going to bed, I love you all! Don't miss me too much" Millie said as she tossed her bag onto the bench and slowly walked to her room.

Once the door closed behind her, she threw off her shoes and quickly changed into pajamas then flipped off the taunting room light. She stretched her body and told Sadie goodnight then hopped into her bed. She passed out the instant she placed her head onto her soft yet cool pillow. The moon light shining on her cheeks through the blinds of the window that she didn't care to close at the moment. It was the last thing on the sleepy brunettes mind.

Sadie happily squealed as she flopped down onto her bed with a grin on her lips. Lilia saw her come home a while prior and remembered that she hung out with Millie. She wanted to know everything that Sadie could tell her or would tell her. "Sadie! Tell me how was it, I've never seen you this happy!" Lilia squealed as Sadie removed her shoes and held a pillow to her chest. "It was absolutely amazing! It's better than the time I saw Finn get followed by a seagull!" Lilia gasped as she looked at Sadie in a way that said tell her everything which she did happily.

Millie snuggled into her pillow as her dream took over her subconscious with a smile tugging at her lips and a tiny sigh escaping her lips. She was at absolute peace.

Millie turned over in her comfortable bed to be faced with the familiar yet loving scent that is Sadie. She cracked open her eyes to see the redhead already awake and reading her book happily. Millie noticed how effortless Sadie looked first thing in the morning and it made her heart flutter. "Honey? You know I can see you, right?" Sadie laughed as she looked down at the brunette and shut her book.

"O-oh.. i'm sorry" Millie mumbled as her cheeks heated up and she shoved her head into the pillow she was laying on. "Little bear it's okay!" Sadie smiled and attached Millie in a tight hug which made them both giggle. "What day is it sudie?" Millie leaned up and kissed the redheads cheek as she slid out of the comfortable bed. "It's Saturday darling"
"Wait! I'll be right back" was all Sadie heard before Millie ran out of their room and she could hear Millie's feet hitting the wood stairs.

Sadie was filled with an overwhelming feeling of happiness and love for the brunette. Millie went into the freezer and took out some Eggos alongside the toaster. She popped the frozen waffles into the toaster and pushed the four waffles in but sat on the cool countertop as she waited for them to be done. Millie wanted to stay in this cloud of happiness forever until the toaster popped which caused her to jump.

Millie pushed herself off of the counter and carefully plated everything before almost rushing back up the wooden staircase. Once Millie peaked her head in, she saw Sadie sitting up and reading the book she loved so much. "Pss" Sadie smiled as she heard the familiar sweet voice of Millie.
"Come in you goofball! I missed your face"

The next thing she knew, she was laying on the couch with Sadie's arms around her while the TV played in the background. Finn was sitting on the other couch with Lilia next to him. They were bickering about Star Wars which they were both tuning out for the most part. Sadie would whisper goofy things into her ears just to get a goofy smile or giggle out of Millie.

"hey! earth to the couch lovers! we are being sweet as hell over here and you two aren't even paying attention to us" Finn said almost dramatically. "oh shush it Finn. don't make me get your girlfriend to embarrass you" Sadie warned as finn immediately went silent and scratched his arm. "I love El so much but she would tease me about everything which is stuff you don't need to know.. at all." Millie was lost, she had no clue Finn was even dating anyone but she acted like she understood what was happening.

Within the next second, she was staring up at Sadie lovingly before she heard something and-

Millie shot up in bed and almost gasped out a big breath of air that she didn't know was missing. She looked over at her phone to see the time on her lock screen of her and Sadie that she gotten from today. The time read, 8:56. Millie scanned around the room to see Ellie passed out in her bed. She decided to leave their room and go downstairs with her phone in her other hand.

To her surprise, Millie wasn't the only one up. Madi was sitting on the couch almost being consumed by her fluffy blanket but besides Madi, no one else seemed to be awake or downstairs. "Morning Madi" "morning Mill! I never asked, how was the day with Ava's favorite princess" Madi laughed as Millie plopped down next to her and slid under the soft fluffy blanket Madi was being consumed by. "It was.. amazing."

Madi raised her eyebrows and rested her head against Millie's shoulder with a little laugh escaping her lips. "I'm glad you had fun miss mill. You deserved it." Millie wouldn't admit it to anyone but Madi had always had the biggest soft spot on her. "Thank you Moo.. hey, is it normal to have very vivid dreams about the people you like and your shared friends?" Millie mumbled nervously as she picked at the skin on the side of her thumb and slowly exhaled.

"I mean, I think it's normal. It might be telling you something that your brain has been denying or just haven't stumbled upon. Like the time mum had a dream that an ice cream cone was talking to her" Millie laughed at Madi's comment but she felt so much better about well, basically everything. "You are quite wise for a 10 year old, I'm guessing you get it from me" Millie teased while Madi playfully rolled her eyes then gently pushed her face.

Millie had so much to think about and little did she know, Sadie was thinking the exact same thing as Finn rambled about the day before to his overthinking best friend. One thing they both hoped was that it would all be okay.
