Changing Targets ~ Part 1

Marinette POV
Today was the day! I am going to tell Adrien my feelings. Well actually give him a gift which will hopefully tell Adrien my feelings! I was day dreaming until Tikki got my attention.

"Marinette I am so proud of you for doing this!" Tikki explained hugging my cheek. "I know I can, just can't freak out you know!" I said. I at least hope he will like the gift I thought to myself.

At School
I saw Alya and ran to her. "Hey Al! I am going to give Adrien this gift! Hopefully it will tell him about my feelings." I told Alya. "Ahhh Yay I am so happy for you girl! You can do it I know you can so don't back down and if anything bad happens come to me, I will be there for you!" She said hugging me.

"I see Adrien, Im going to go give him the gift!" I told Alya and she smilled. "Good luck!" She said. I was walking my way to Adrien and saw him talking with Nino.

"H-hey guys, how are you?" I asked them. "I am doing well dudette thanks for asking." Nino said and Adrien just rolled his eyes. He looked tired and annoyed. I wonder why? "So um A-adrien I made I mean got you this gift." I said handing him the gift. He just looked at it and then threw the gift I  made like it were nothing. Nino looked shocked and then punched him in the back weakly.

"What the heak Adrien?!" I told him. He responded with "Look you can't always get people happy all the time Marinette! Sometimes they want to be upset and don't want your company. So just leave okay?! " Adrien said. I was shocked and wanting to cry. "I get it, but. . ." I said. "But what, there sometimes always isn't a positive." He said.
"You don't think I get sad or mad. I have so much on my back that no one knows about. I made thay gift from hand for you to just see you throw it. I see your true colors Agreste. I don't see why I should call you my friend. I have problems too as well and probably more then you so don't." I said camly. I don't know how I said all of that without getting mad, but I did. I went to pick up the gift and left to talk to Alya.

I saw Nino starting to talk to him again and could tell Nino was pissed and wanted to strangle Adrien. Nino was like my big brother and I was like his little sister to him. I can see why Nino is mad, but I don't want to cause anymorw trouble then I already do.

I could tell that tears wanted to come down. I wouldn't let them though. I saw Alya and she saw everything that happened. She gave me a hug. I could tell she was upset. "I CAN'T BELIEVE HE WOULD DO THAT! WAIT HERE MARINETTE I WILL GO BEAT HIM UP." Alya said. "No Alya, it's fine I promise lets just get to class.

Adrien POV
I got back into reality when Nino punched me hard in my back. It took me a second to realize what I did. Today marked the day my mom has been missing. I don't know why I was being rude. . . It just happened.

"Dude I get you're sad or mad today, but you didn't have to do that!" Nino said. "I didn't realize what I was doing. . ." I told him. Nino rolled his eyes and left to enter the school. I should go apologize to Marinette and I will visit her later as Chat Noir to make her feel better.

I went inside the school and went into class and saw Alya and Marinette talking. I was about to tell Marinette sorry when the teacher came in. Great I don't wanna waste any time to tell her I'm sorry. I'll just have to wait till later.

After school was over because that's how life works ;-;

I saw Marinette leaving the school with Alya. They were talking, which ment it was my chance to say sorry. I ran up to them, but before I could do anything Alya slapped me. Marinette gasped and she looked like she was crying. "The hell Agreste get away from Marinette and I. We don't need your company after what you did, so leave now!" Alya said about to burst. Then Marinette just grabbed her arm and dragged her some where.

That hurt. . . .. .

Lol I don't know why I wrote an angst story, but this one I won't give up on like the Love Letter one lol. Also this is not an Alyantette story just an FYI. Anyways hope you enjoyed and I will probably make part 2 of this soon.
