Chat Blanc ~ Ladynoir

Based off of season 4

"M'lady, please talk to me. I feel like I'm being left in the dark once again. . ." Chat grabbed Ladybug's hand before she got the chance to leave.

"I can't tell you Chat, I'm sorry. . ." Ladybug looked down at her feet.

"You can't tell me, or is it you just don't want to? We have been partners for more than a year! Why won't you tell me anything?! You trust me, right?" Chat was upset.

It felt like he couldn't do anything. For him or Ladybug and he hated that more then anything.

"I. . . I need to go." Ladybug got out of Chat's grip before he tightened his grip on her again.

"Do you really have to go, or are you trying to get out of the conversation? You always do that! Remember when you said Queen Bee couldn't have her miraculous back? You avoided telling her. Stop trying to avoid this conversation, I wanna know what's going on."

"Nothing is going on Chat! You don't have to worry."

Chat shook his head no, "Ladybug, does Rena know about your identity?" She gasped.

"What?! Pffft, no of course not! Why would I tell her?" Ladybug was obviously lying, but she didn't wanna tell the truth.

"So she does. . . Your voice goes higher when you lie and your voice went higher. Why didn't you tell me she knew? Why did you tell her instead of me?!" Chat was angry of course, but he didn't wanna show that.

"Oh would you look at the time! It's getting pretty late! I have to go now Chat, so please let my hands gooooo!"

"You're doing it right now! Avoiding this conversation! Why can't you tell me?" Ladybug sighed, "You wouldn't understand. . ."

"How do you know that?! You know that I trust you with my life. Why can't you just tell me what's going on?"

"I'm sorry, Chat. . . I'm just not ready to talk about it." Ladybug felt bad deep inside and knew it would be the best to tell Chat was was going on. As her heart said yes, but her brain said no.

"Then when will you be?" Chat asked. "Ehmmm" She looked away. Chat sighed, "You don't tell me anything. Do you really trust me?"

"Look, I do trust you, but-" Chat interrupted her sentence, "But what?! Because I'm getting tired of you excusing your excuses.

"Well, maybe if you let me finish what I was going to say, you wouldn't have to hear another excuse for me to leave!"

"Fine! Go on and tell me what's wrong!" Chat tightened his grip on Ladybug making her yelp in pain.

"I don't tell you anything because I'm scared. I'm scared you'd get akumitze again. Though probably not telling you would leave me to you getting akumitzed again. . . "

Chat's eyes widened. He had gotten akumitzed?! When, how, why, and how did he not know?!" Were questioms running through his mind.

"Look, I know you're probably confused, so I am going to answer all your questions." Ladybug explained.

"Are you just making all this up?" Chat asked. Ladybug looked into his eyes. She was serious about what she was going to say, hoping her partner would believe her.

"I'm not. . . You got akumitzed in another dimension that B-bunix took me too. It was destroyed and everything was basically underwater. I had no idea what happened."

Chat was shocked at what the girl was saying. How come she never told him? Was she okay during that?

"How did I get akumitzed. . .?" Chat asked.

Ladybug looked down, "I'm not actually sure. . . But I do remember you saying it was our love that destroyed the world. You also knew my identity."

"I k-kne-knew?!" Ladybug nodded. "I don't know how you figured out, but I thought you probably heard it from someone else until the whole world knew, which caused you to become Chat Blanc. . ."

"Chat, who? Was that my akumitzed name?" Ladybug nodded, "I'm now scared to tell you anything about myself or anyone else because of Chat Blanc. I don't want the same incident to happen again."

"I'm sorry for snapping at you. . . " Chat apologized and Ladybug smiled sadly. "It's not your fault, minou. I should have came clean to you about that. You becoming akumitzed makes me realize how much you mean to me and that's why I can't tell you anything."

Chat finally realized it. She didn't tell him nothing because she didn't want to it was to protect him. He knew that revealing their identities could put them in a bit of trouble, but not that much.

"I understand now, M'lady. It just hurt me when you didn't tell me anything." Ladybug looked away from him.

"I know, it was hard for me too, trust me, but it was for the best." Chat nodded.

"I actually got to go now though, Chat. My parents will probably check on me soon and I don't want to be scolded again for not being at my room when supposed too." Chat chuckled.

"It's okay, M'lady. Thank you for telling me. I'll see you soon, right?"

"Yeah. . . Au revoir, mon chaton." Ladybug then ran away.

"And au revoir to you too M'lady."
