Axel POV
I woke up to nothing but sweet silence. Our friends had went hard last night and Ryan and I refused to come out of the bedroom while they partied in the main area of the suite. Neither of us were in the mood to drink or drunk-sit.
Judging by his laughter and Sloane demanding that he needed to sit his ass down, Luke was wasted as well. I never seen him wasted more than once and I wanted to see him do something that I could give him shit about. But all it took was Ryan giving me a smile and pulling me back to bed to make me forget about it.
Sam, Foster, and Monica all beat on the door one after the other, telling us to stop being lame and join the party. We didn't listen, but it made it hard to sleep. Sloane had also banged on the door, but her demand was to help her since she was the only one sober.
Ryan had stuck her head out of the door and yelled for them to keep it down. But it fell on deaf ears. We finally fell asleep after three hours of laughter, loud music and Sloane acting like the mother hen she was.
"Oh thank God, everyone is still asleep." Ryan yawned, hearing nothing like I did.
"It's already ten-thirty. Checkout is at eleven. We should get up and assess the damage." I said, sitting up and throwing on my sweats. "Your dad thinks you stayed with Tay, right?"
"Shit! The Warden wanted to have lunch with me today. I told him that he could pick me up there at eleven."
I handed her the bag that we had pulled out of the limo on our way up here. She briefly pressed her lips to mine and threw on her own sweats. I couldn't wait until fall so we could stop hiding when we stayed the night with each other.
Once we were both dressed, we went out to the main room of the suite.
"Oh, Hell!" Ryan grumbled.
The coffee table was over turned, the cushions off the couch and love-seat. Alcohol bottles littered every surface they could. And a lamp had broken.
Luke was asleep fully clothed in his suit and laying next to Monica, who was still in her dress. Foster occupied the cushion less couch.
"Why didn't one of them just take the other room? And where the hell is Taylor?"
"Maybe she left when Quade went home. Sam probably went too." I shrugged my shoulders.
The key pad of the door beeped before it was swung open, revealing a seriously pissed off Sloane. She gripped a black garbage bag in her hand and blew passed us. Without a word she shoved empty bottles in it.
"Sloane?" Ryan asked.
She didn't answer right away. I knew she was choosing her words carefully. I haven't seen her this mad in a long time.
"Did you two have fun?" She asked, righting the coffee table and cleaning under it.
"Why do I think that there isn't a right answer to your question?" Ryan asked.
Sloane glanced over her shoulder and stuffed another bottle in the bag.
"Babe, there's not." I whispered.
"You're mad...I get it." Ryan put her hand on her cousin's shoulder.
"No. I don't think you do."
"You can yell at us later. Have you seen everyone else?" I asked.
Sloane had every right to be pissed, but I didn't want my girlfriend to get in trouble if her dad found out that she wasn't with Taylor last night. I mean, he had let Ryan go to the cabin with us but Quade had been there as well and he probably let her go because he didn't think anything would happen with his overprotective son there.
