A/n: this is unedited, so sorry if it has any mistakes. I was too lazy to edit.
Bakugou was completely off today. His usual attitude and temper were gone, and instead he just kinda sat with his head resting on his arms, sitting on his desk, completely silent. I was certain something was wrong when he didn't get angry and yell at Midoriya as he usually would.
I wanted to ask him if he was okay, but I knew he would never admit anything with all these people around. I needed to a, get him to tell me of his own will, or b, get him alone to talk. He's my best friend so I knew he would trust me if we were not with the rest of the class. He doesn't like to let down his walls and let people in very often, so I'm one of the very few he REALLY trusted.
I noticed as when we got to second class, fitness, Bakugou was constantly holding on hand on his stomach. I decided to use my supernatural hearing to see what was going on. I winced slightly when I heard how violently Bakugou's stomach was gurgling and churning. I let my worry take over and soon found myself walking over to Bakugou, and dragging him out of the gym.
When I exited the gym, I immediately ran into the bathroom and locked the door when I hear Bakugou let out a wet belch, followed by a retch. I steered him hurriedly over to the toilet to avoid a mess as best as possible. My actions were unneeded though because as he continued to retch and gag, Bakugou was unable to bring anything up.
I could hear Bakugou letting out soft whimpers as he continued failing to bring anything up except small bits of saliva. It broke my heart to see my best friend in so much pain, but I knew there was nothing I could do except wait for the sickness spell to end.
C-Can't it just stop?" Bakugou choked out, pressing his arms against his aching stomach desperately before another gag clutched him and he hunched forward, bringing up another wave of sick. The pain and vomiting had him nearly paralyzed and (Y/n)'s winced as she gently grabbed his hand and sympathetically stroked it with her thumb. It was something she would often do to comfort him.
He wasn't leaning over nearly as much as she suspected he thought he was and was in danger of spilling his stomach all over his shoes, pants and the floor without her help. Once the spell had finished, he slowly opened his eyes, mortified at the wetness he could feel on his chin and then more-so when he noticed a sheen of sick splattered against the back of (Y/n)'s hand where she'd been holding his.
"Oh god. I'm sorry. I'm sorry," he moaned, his throat tightening at the need to just cry even as (Y/n) kept shushing him and rubbing his back. He felt miserable, his stomach ached horribly, and he'd just thrown up on his best friend and crush. How could it get any worse? (Y/n) was trying not to look at her hand or the mess in the toilet and was rather proud of herself for not freaking out, even if she was panicking on the inside that there was currently vomit on her hand.
"It's fine. Do you think you're done?" (Y/n) asked calmly as she flushed the toilet so the sick boy didn't have to continue starting at his regurgitated stomach contents.
Bakugou nodded 'yes' at the question. She reached for a tissue and cleaned her hand off quickly before offering Bakugou one as well, allowing him the little dignity he had left of cleaning himself up. She could only imagine how vulnerable he must have felt.
Once he was done, (Y/n) helped him up and brought him to the dorms to lay down. She would text someone later to get his books. Her dorm ended up being the first one so she brought him to hers.
(Y/n) gently placed the weak boy on her bed and then swiftly walked to the adjacent bathroom to gather some things to help the sickly boy. First she grabbed a cloth and ran it under cold water for Bakugou's obvious fever.
Next (y/n) grabbed a bin she kept handy for situations like this. Once she had both things she returned to Bakugou and was shocked to see him trying to leave. "What chu doing Baku?"
He just gave her a look and trued to move a little faster, even thought it was impossible I'm his condition. "I need to get back to class. I can't miss it if I'm gonna become the #1 hero!"
I gave him an angry look and quickly growled out my response. "You're not going anywhere. You're clearly sick and I'm going to take of you until your better, weather you like it or not."
Once I finished my mini speech, I grabbed Bakugou and dragged him back to my bed. I dropped him down on it and pulled his shoes off before tucking him in. I then placed the cold cloth that I got earlier on his forehead and the trash bin beside my bed.
When I was sure he would be okay. I sat down in the chair next to him and grabbed my phone. I quickly shot a text to Kirishima asking him to grab mine and Bakugou's backpacks, that I was in too much of a hurry to grab.
Once I got the okay from Kiri, I tucked my phone back in my pocket and returned to Bakugou's side. I gently swiped his bangs from his forehead and repositioned the fallen wash cloth back on his sweaty skin.
His shifted slightly, but other wise stayed asleep. I sat in a chair I had across my small dorm room and waited for Kiri to get here or Bakugou to wake, which ever happened first.
Bakugou ended up staying asleep all the way through the end of the school day, which meant Kiri got here first. I thanked the red headed shark boy when he brought our school books and let him check on Bakugou.
Once he was sure his friend was okay, Kiri headed out of (y/n)'s dorm and left for his own. After she shut the door behind her red haired classmate, (y/n) this time walked to the bed and settled in behind Bakugou, placing her sick crush's head in her lap.
(Y/n)'a POV:
When I turned back around after seeing Kiri out, I noticed the pained look on Bakugou's face.
I decided to be bold since my crush was in a delirious fevered state. I walked over to my bed where the sick Bakugou was laying and carefully moved behind him. I gingerly placed his head in my lap and adjusted the towel since it fell when I moved him.
Thankfully he didn't wake, so I began gently running my hands through his hair, letting a small smile cross my face when the pained look lessened.
All I could do now was keep massaging his head to help with his headache and hope my feelings could stay down until Bakugou got better.
A/n: Welp hope y'all liked. Sorry if it sucked, kinda pulled this one outta my ass. Well anyway, leave y'all requests in the comments and I'll get to them as soon as I can. Byeeee!
