RUES POV
—
it was the end of the day and naveah and i we're walking out of the school holding hands.
someone taps on my shoulder and it's jules
"jules! what's up" i turn to see naveah smiling then she looks at cassie who's motions naveah to come by her.
i nod at her then kiss her cheek
"soo what's up?"
"nothing... i've just been up to therapy.."
"oh yeah.. shit. how's that going?"
"eh.. i don't know rue. it's just not what i wanna do anymore....it's just like i'm trapped rue and it's literally fucked"
i look at her
"-i'm sorry.."
"no worries" she smiles as the wind blows her hair into her face. jules has always made me feel as if nothing was my fault. and if she did, it was never for long.
naveah comes back over in between the conversation jules and i we're having
"what's wrong?"
naveah looks at me then looks behind her.
"apparently maddy still likes nate sooo as you know they're back together." i could tell naveah wasn't too happy, and i understand why.
NAVEAHS POV

i'm extremely pissed. Maddy doesn't understand that and i guess i'm her "bestfriend " and i should support her.
rue holds my hand and whispers in my ear something that made my eyes widen
"rue stop"
i laugh. she grins and we look at jules who already knows a little something what rue said
"you can't whisper for shit" i say laughing as jules laughs as well
rue and jules always make me the happiest when we're together. and i hope they know that.
"so what are you gonna do about maddy?"
"i don't know jules... i mean it's not my place but fuck.. i've tried to help her get over him. i guess it ain't worth it." i look at rue who looks upset as well.
"my place?" i say looking at them both and they nod. we start walking and on the way to my house maddy calls me
i obviously answer
"hey maddy."
"hey, you were supposed to come to my place after school. what happened?"
"i don't really wanna hang out today. i'm sorry" i hang up and look at rue and jules who are confused with what she said. i tell them and they nod as we continue to walk.
it's not that i'm mad at maddy, it's just the choices she makes for herself and her future. i just want the best for her..
we get to my house and i see my sister leaving the house. as we walk up to the front door i ask her where she's going
"what are you going?" my eyes lock on her as she leaves
"hey guys, i just have to run a few errands"
"oh ok" i'm still looking at her as rue tugs on me to come inside.
"come on baby" i walk in and smile at rue and jules. i know miya wasn't being honest but it's whatever.
we all go up to my room and i take out some clothes to change in then sit on my bed next to rue.
"jules, tell me about therapy!" her big smile suddenly disappeared.
