NAVEAHS POV

It was Wednesday I had just gotten out the shower for school and my 2nd day out the hospital. I look at my phone and it's a message from rue

"hey, I need a favor when you get here."

I smile seeing she needed a "favor" kinda meant something to me since were dating. I quickly get dressed and head out the door. My mom tells me before I leave.

"hun, I need to tell you something after school. You might not be too happy but I feel like you should know."

I just nod and say bye I didn't care cause I had to get to school. When I get there I see rue in some sort of outfit as well as Lexi.

"hi, why are you dressed like your a detective or some shit"
She smiles kisses me and I say hi to Lexi

"in other words my partner lexi"
I looked confused

"no I'm just Lexi... lexi Howard.. rue"
I'm still confused as to why they look like spies trying to figure out something so I ask them again.

"so are you guys gonna answer my question or do I have to figure out myself?"

Rue tells me that her and Lexi are trying to figure out what happened the night of the carnival. Since I saw what happened to maddy and Nate they looked further into it. we all sat together at lunch

"so, you seen maddy and nate by the trailers. But you just ran away cause you thought they were gonna fuck?"

"yeah pretty much"

"Mhm, there's more to that.. has to be."
lexi told us that her sister Cassie told her that maddy called nates mom a cunt and dumped over a big ass bowl of chili

"damn she's a badass.. maybe that's why Nate got so upset..."

"and fucking choked her" we all said at the same time. We all went to the bathroom after lunch to discuss other things

"okay.. so I think I know why jules is acting so fucking weird. "

I look at rue confused
"Rue who are you supposed to be?"
she looks at me and comes close to my face.
"I'm Morgan fucking freeman" she grins at me for a second then kisses me then turns around. Lexi ask her a couple questions if she asked Jules if she was helping Nate or why would she be. She said she doesn't know and asked if she asked about it and said no again.

"well, that does seem like a pretty logical thing to do.. don't you think?"

"honestly naveah... this whole thing is logical.. not even"
I look at her with a cigarette in her hand. Rue had told me she stopped doing drugs ever since she's met Jules when we were telling eachother about ourselves when we met.

A MONTH OR SO AGO
"I honestly am so happy I met Jules you know.. I mean she helped me with my drug addiction. I really like her like a lot but she's been acting weird since the carnival"

I look at rue happy she opened up about it. I told her i still do drugs and she just told me damn. I asked her why would she stop doing drugs for someone she just met. She told me she wanted to keep the relationship her and Jules had. So she stopped and has been happy ever since.

"babe, I think you should put the cigarette down and just chill. We'll figure it out"
I say to rue and Lexi agrees. Rue had been so tense about the whole situation I felt really bad.
"Wait.. why would jules not tell you rue? Unless.. Jules is inlove with Nate" says lexi
